I was very happy with the whole experience. I found the owner Bev to be professional, responsive, and flexible and good about comunicating in a timely manner. She did what she said she was going to do and her crew of two did a fine job. I have chemical sensitivities and both Bev and her crew handled all my concerns and requests perfectly. This is huge to someone like myself that needs to be very careful or end up with a sinus infection or other ailment. Her rates are decent and the work very good. I plan to use her cleaning service again.

At first it looked wonderful. But later after they left I found that the tub in the master bath was not clean. The woman cleaning the front bath broke my glass shower doors and I had to have someone come and separate them and have them rehung. She was supposed to mop the bathroom floors, but later as I am setting on the stool, in the master bathroom, I see dirt in the corners. It was supposed to take 2 hours and I was supposed to get a discount, instead of 120.00, it was going to be 100.00. But after the owner of the business finally got there, explaining why she was late and saw the condition of the house, she said it would be 4 hours. Well, I didn't mind that because the house had been shut up for 6 months. I wanted it to be clean and sanitary when my sister and her husband returned from the Assisted Living center. The kitchen looked very nice, but I found a skillet that had been on the stove, stuck up in the pantry, still dirty. She could have told me about it and I probably would not have asked her to clean it. But to just stick it up there out of sight, I didn't like that at all. She left the two girls there after she finished with the kitchen. The one girl who had cleaned the frig and the freezer, did a wonderful job, but the other girl did not do a good job at all. If you live in Austin and need a cleaning service DON'T CALL FOREMAN!

"Wow! How did I miss this review! Well you can't please everybody but I do promise that I try my best. The shower at this house did not even have a sliding door. It was one of those handicap bath tub showers with a curtain. This lady was very nice when we got to this job. I cleaned the kitchen intensely and with attention to datail. Frances was asleep in the living room the whole time I was there. I made it look 99% better and didn't even charge her for the 5th hour to be nice since she was gifting this to her sister. When I arrived I did tell her this would be way more then a two hour job. At that moment she could have sent us away and called another company. Her kitchen alone took me 1 hour and 40 minute and was a SMALL kitchen so hopefully any Angies list member reading this review will have an idea of how out of shape this home was. It honestly needed 8 hours but we worked within her budget. The home had been extremely neglected and needed more then a day or 4 hours of TLC. We did out best and all in all she got a way cleaner home and a $60 discount. She was really happy when I left the home to go help my other team clean at another home. Oh, and the frying pan was never on the stove, it was in the pantry on the shelf with all kinds of trash that I did clean. And no, I didn't clean the pan nor move it somewhere else. I left it where it was and I saw it when I was hand cleaning the baseboards and floors inside that pantry by hand. Anyways, I can only tell you what I know and saw. I do sincerelly hope all Angies list members who see and read this horrific reveiw can see through this bad review that is very untruthful. I hope you willl call us anyway! I contacted Foreman Cleaning after using a national chain that promised to let me keep using the same cleaner if I liked someone. It seemed like whenever I liked someone, they would send them somewhere else. I kept getting different people and different experience with each new person. They would also change the scheduled cleaning time on me at the last minute. With my work schedule, I need to know that someone will be here when they say they will. I just wanted consistency.
I looked on Angie's List and found Foreman Cleaning. Beverly called me very promptly once she received my message. She came out a couple of days later with her team of two and they set to work cleaning. They did an excellent job. They used my products as I asked. I showed them where everything was and what I like and they got everything done within a couple of hours. We have a small house though.
They've been back twice now, same time, same people and have done a great job. I realize that we're all human and there will be times someone is sick, emergencies, etc, that they won't be able to keep the schedule or the same people, but to know that will be a once-in-a-while thing as opposed to a regular thing is wonderful. It was nice not to have to worry about explaining my likes/dislikes every time the cleaners show up.
I would definitely recommend Foreman Cleaning. I am a happy customer.

When my 21 year old daughter moved out of her 2 bedroom duplex, it was really a mess. Beverly's team came in and did a great job. They left the place shining and smelling clean. No dog hair in the corners, no spots left inside the oven, no dust on the ceiling fan or in the A/C vent. The blinds were clean, windows, bathrooms...etc all fresh and ready for new tenants. I will definitely use Foreman Cleaning again.

Due to a situation with the address of this property, the team (of two) was on time but to the wrong address(just down the street, very common occurrence) which caused a slight delay in start time which was taken into consideration and adjusted for by Beverly when billing me for the service. Once at the property the team started immediately while Beverly went over particular areas of interest and concern with me. After the details of the job were lined out with the ladies, Beverly made a run to get more of a product that was needed to insure the job could be done right. The team worked quickly and efficiently and were done in 2.5 hours. Over all I was very satisfied with the job done. The fact that as a new client, I was able to contact Beverly on a Sunday(I couldn't reach anyone else despite other companies listing Sunday working hours) and have them jump on the job Monday morning really saved the day for me. Kudos on a job well done. I recommend Foreman Cleaners and will use them again.

When I went back to work last fall, it became clear that I needed help around the house. I checked around with several services and landed on Foreman Cleaning. Beverly Foreman, the owner, is a joy to work with. She makes sure that her team is on time and thorough. The same girls show up every time so you get to know them and they get to know you (and your animals). If there is a change, I am told several days in advance so I have the opportunity to postpone if I prefer. If there is something I want to have a little extra attention, all I have to do is let Beverly know the night before. The amount noted above was for three hours of cleaning.
The one drawback so far has been that the team working on my house does not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. It makes communication while they are here difficult, but we have manaaged so far.
Overall, I can't imagine juggling everything that is on my plate without this team.

Great. Beverly originally came over for a walk thru and estimate of service costs. They were very reasonable and priced an initial deep clean, along with an ongoing price for biweekly visits. Again, I recommend them highly and am very OCD about housecleaning.
