DRAKE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INC

They were supposed to start the job in January and finish in April. Unfortunately, they didn't start until April. We have been having a terrible time trying to get these guys out to finish the job. Finally after much haggling, we came to an agreement with Drake that they would just get the bathroom done. There still aren t any working fixtures, yet. This has been a nightmare.

The job went fairly flawlessly. Our project manager, Michael, was on site daily and Cade visited often as well. On days that I didn't see Michael in person, I received a phone call from him detailing what would be happening for the day. Subcontractors were numerous from concrete, to framing, to electrical, to roofers. Workmanship was excellent- questions and concerns, when they did come up, were responded to quickly and satisfactorily. I provided Cade and Michael a small drawing of what I wanted and that's exactly what was produced. The addition flows perfectly. If you hadn't been there to observe the construction, you wouldn't be able to tell that the addition wasn't a part of the original home.
