I WAS NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH MY EXPERIENCE. THOUGH THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS FINE, THEY REPEATEDLY FAILED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AFTER SAYING THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE. I GOT THE IMPRESSION THE MY COMPUTER HAD BEEN LEFT IN A CORNER AND FORGOTTEN SEVERAL TIMES.

THE PEOPLE AT COMPUSA WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN MY COMPUTER CRASHED. THEY CALLED ME WHEN THEY REALIZED THEY HAD TO CLEAR MY HARD DRIVE AND MADE SURE THEY SAVED ALL OF THE IMPORTANT FILES. THE REINSTALLED ALL OF THE PROGRAMS FOR ME.
