The tech Michael Lloyd always does a super job for us. Even sends pictures of wasp nests and spider webs that were removed. Very good about texting us to let us know when he is 15-20 minutes away. We have used Bulwark for almost 15 years and never have an issue.

Damon Morrison, my technician, was outstanding. The day before service Bulwark texted me the window of time when heâ d be here. Damon texted me the day of service when he was on his wayâ which was early in the window so I didnâ t have to wait aroundâ and was friendly, helpful, and thorough. Highly recommended.

Bulwark has always had top tier customer service for me. I sometimes get mice in my garage and they always manage to be able to help within 24 hours. Today Ryan added me to his schedule at the very last minute on a Friday afternoon to help me!

It has been almost a year with Bulwark Exterminating and we have had a very positive experience. We are in an area where currently there is a lot of construction and so we are constantly having bug problems and calling Bulwark A L OT. We have the same technician that comes in. His name is Justen N. and he is always very thorough, polite and friendly! Always punctual and explains everything. If you are looking for a company to fix your bug problems Bulwark is the company to hire!

My roaches are tenacious, but Bulwark has been very willing to come back weekly for -free- follow ups. All the technicians have done great jobs, but Ryan did more than I requested, even spraying areas that werenâ t asked for.

Asked about vole service and was told donâ t go past rats but yet I see voles listed on website so not sure what to believe.

I like how communicative and personal our technician (Dan) is- lets us know what heâ  s done, recommends, sends me photos when Iâ  m not home,â ¦I like that they will respond swiftly in between regular service if a new problem develops- thatâ  s peace of mind.
