Bulwark Exterminating-Austin

We live in the Texas hill country and Tim does a great job for us keeping the bugs out of our house. We have a baby and a toddler and rely on bulwark to keep them safe.

Excellent! My service person Darius N. was amazingly professional and right in time!

We just signed up with Bulwark Exterminating LLC and are already very pleased. Darius was our technician today and he was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He made a customer connection with us and then explained all of the services that will be provided today and others if needed in the future before our next scheduled visit. We are very happy with our new pest control company!

It went very well, I had the pleasure of meeting Darius my pest technician for today. I unfortunately was not home when Darius arrived inside of the scheduled time window but Darius called me & I was able to meet him at my home for the continuation of my pest control visit. Bulwark was very accommodating in allowing me to juggle the appointment to fit my arrival to the house and delivery of household goods. We had used them at our previous location in WA state, so knew the service that they provided was top notch. Tim Oggier showed up right on time and thoroughly explained both the process he would use and the type of pests seen here in the Austin area, going so far as to describe the particular pest for identification purposes. He even checked the attic for recent signs of rodent activity...thankfully there were none. I am comfortable in saying he went above and beyond the norm and I will be using them in the future for continued pest control.

I don't usually give reviews but, we have been with Bulwark Pest Control for about 16 yrs and I can honest say they are one of the best companies you'll ever have the pleasure to deal with on a monthly basis. The technician they employ are always prompt, professional, and very respectful. If we ever have a problem all I need to do is call and they come back out and solve the problem quickly. (which isn't that often)!! I wanted to give a shout out to our local Georgetown tech...his name is Tim Oggier. He's been so great and very helpful @ our new home: combating SPIDERS. Thank you Tim for a great job! We appreciate your hard work!

JOHN has been our household technician for several years now. Despite and perhaps because of the frequent and at times excessively high pressures sales tactics of the many competitors who come to our door trying to earn our business, we have been and remain very satisfied with John personally, and Bulwark in general. Nothing will keep all insects out of ones home, especially in a hot climate like Texas. People need to be realistic and honest about their expectations. Good construction quality, decent insulation and trying to keep the kids from leaving cookie crumbles on the floor is the part the customer must accept. The rest can be accomplished with routine maintenance by a trained professional like John, who is working for a reputable pest control company like Bulwark.

Xavier was the Bulwark technician who came to our house. He was very professional and personable. He did all of the initial spraying and made sure that my wife and I were satisfiedl.

John Mendez is our tech and he always does a GREAT job. Does a thorough job and if we ever ask him a question or bring something to his attention his does a great job of explaining what he is going to do to treat the problem. Highly recommend.
