Cody (Woods) has been very responsive to our requests and has always been helpful in answering our questions and suggesting ideas and preventative methods. Brings a positive attitude, which is awesome.

Timothy Oggier arrived on time. Very kind, patient, explained everything he would do before he did it. He took his time to go over every area of the house, every room. He sprayed the garage and thoroughly sprayed the outside. He explained the chemicals would not hurt the inside animals. I would definitely love it if he was regularly assigned to my house!! We've been using Bullwark for a while now and we've been able to have the same technician since we started. Timothy Oggier knows us, and is always helpful no matter what our questions are (he also does on the spot services outside of the regular appointments when we need him to). He is super friendly and when we both have some time even strike a conversation or two. We expect a good service, but he goes above and beyond to make it not only great, but very personalized. We even talked to him about moving and are hoping he can still be our assigned technician when we move.

Jeremy Thorp went over and above in any concern that I had. He was extremely thorough and kind!! We had used Bulwark for several years. They have always done an amazing job! That was the case today as well!

Excellent! Jakob S, my exterminator tech for today's visit, was professional, respectful, friendly and empathetic of my disclosed arachnophobia. He did a very thorough job in the interior of my unit, my tenant's unit and the exterior perimeter. He answered my questions in very polite manner too. I really appreciate and highly recommend Bulwark and its excellent staff.

Not only was I able to schedule my appointment right then for a day and time that worked for me, it was easy AND it didn’t cost and arm and a leg! The receipt had a break down of what pestcide was used where. No unpleasant chemical odor..

We've been using Bulwark for over 17 years. Part of the reason for our loyalty is because of their great team. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Xavier S. He was an absolute gentleman and took the extra time to make sure he addressed everything we needed. It's always great to see young men like Xavier, who are ambitious and understand the value of hard work and excellent manners.
