It was awesome. I've been with Bulwark for years and my tech is no longer with the company. They sent Sean J and he is awesome. Very grateful for his care and contentiousness. Extremely satisfied.

I have used Bulwark for 10 years, they have been the best decision I made. If I had a problem outside the normal scheduled maintenance, they are there asap and will bend schedules to make it happen. I am so happy with them. My tech is the best, his name is William Trey Thomas and he is so courteous and takes real pride in his job. Love having him in control of my house. I also like the fact that Bulwark has designated techs for different territories. Having the same tech who knows the house is a bonus.

Tim Oggier always does a great job with heavy treatments and calling to let me know ETA. He's Our Guy! Glad with the company's response to questions or concerns.

Sean J. From Bulwark Exterminating came out to service our home for spider sightings. He was very helpful, explained abd addressed our concerns efficiently and in a friendly manner. Excellent Service.

Excellent. Sean.J was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He treated the entire house and paid particular emphasis on allaying our concerns with respect to rodents. Excellent. Anytime I call Bulwark, they respond quickly and professionally. They are very reasonable- and work hard to keep us pest-free. I am especially pleased with our particular tech- Gabriel Serna - who is very knowledgeable about the TX "pests" and does a thorough job of dealing with any problem that we have had. I would highly recommend Bulwark and Gabriel.

Initial service had great results. Whole staff is great. Price may be a little higher than other companies but it's worth it. Great product, signed up for regular service and have been very happy with that program as well.

We were fortunate enough to have Sean J. from Bulwark come to service our house. He didn't rush me when I expressed my concerns. Sean provided us with numerous options for dealing with the pest issue. He was thorough and took his time to make sure there isn't a repeat of this problem. He even took it on himself to set up a follow up appointment to make sure tge pests are gone. He went above and beyond! I will ALWAYS ask for Sean J. when getting my house serviced through Bulwark!

Raul came out and reviewed the situation thoroughly. He explained the options and the needed follow ups. Once we agreed on a plan, he came inside and applied treatment to the common entry points. He sprayed extensively and even took extra time to ensure complete coverage of the exterior. Raul is a very professional and conscientious technician. We will request him by name on follow up service calls.

Our tech John Mendez always does a great job and is always very thorough. He let's us know what he's doing, what he did and what he's going to do. Plus, he always goes when he says he's going to, we can always count on him! Highly recommend him!!

Jeremy Liscum is the technician that has taken care of us for the last few years and his attentiveness to our needs is wonderful. He calls when he is enroute, takes care not to spray around my butterflies, etc.

We have been using Bulwark for several years. Tim Oggier has been our "bug guy" for almost two of them. We live in the country and some folks do not like coming into our neck of the woods. Tim always shows up with a smile on his face and has never once complained about driving out here. Even though last month we requested a retreat which brought him out twice! I also love that the one time he was late-he made sure the office called to let me know. I appreciate his customer service skills.

I had Tim O's cell number and hoped I could call him early to get him in that day. He graciously took my call, had me call his office and they worked it out for me to have service in the afternoon. I was really glad. Tim O always calls to let me know if he is running on time, he was and he arrived greet my dog as usual and get to work! I appreciate the service and quick response!

We hired Bulwark to give our house an overall treatment before we listed it for sale. Grayson showed up on time and thoroughly explained what he was going to do and use. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would absolutely hire them again.

Thank you to Raul M for coming out to my house (just moved in) to help exterminate pesky pests! Spiders/bugs/weird bugs I've never seen before in my house!!! Raul warned me it could get worse before it gets better as they will come out of hiding and die! There were several dead in my kitchen this morning so I assume it was a successful job! Raul was very professional and fast. I was impressed they were able to come out same day I called! Now that's service!!!

First time fine, then they sent rep to continue service saying they had me down on a plan, (no one time service, Duh!) fixed that. Then eight months later said I never paid for first treatment (cancelled ckeck says different) Now I have uninvited Reps showing up at door asking if I would like their service. Ah...... no!!!!

Bulwark technician, Micheal Thomas, is always a joy when he shows up. He is personable, professional, and knowledgeable and will make good suggestions when warranted.
