Jeremy always shows up when he says he will which is already a great start. He's fast and thorough. Bulwark has been pretty good about keeping the bugs away, getting rid of the carpenter ants and so on. This is our second house we have had them at.

As a new home owner my husband and I noticed a lot of ant hills which wasn't great for our daughter and furbaby. Not only was Bulwark referred to us by our neighbor, Technician Tim Oggier was too. It wasn't confirmed that Tim would be our technician when I called to set up service but as the stars would align, he was! Tim was punctual, super thorough, very professional, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable in regards to his profession. Great Service all the way around from customer service to the technician. I highly recommend Bulwark!

Tim Oggier from Bulwark came and sprayed my house today. Very cool and personable guy. He was quick and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He also educated me on a little insect knowledge on how and why they get in. I even enjoyed our brief visit about music. Just another reason why I'm happy using Bulwark!

We have a contract with Bulwark exterminating that costs $85.00 for two months. Every two months, they treat the foundations and check for fire ant mounds. Clients can telephone for as many additional appointments as needed. This summer and fall, we have had Bulwark help with a yellow jacket nest high over the front door, carpenter ants chewing the window sill, and fire ants that worked their way inside. The agents have been prompt, courteous, and thorough.

I had Sean as our exterminator today. He was really thorough and listened to my problems and concerns. He took the time to educate me on some things concerning the ants and let me know what he would be doing and checked to make sure it was ok with me. I have two young kids and he assured me that the products he would be using were safe to use. Really appreciated his professionalism and thoughtfulness when he treated my house.

Sean was the best technician I have had come out to my home. He was the epitome of professional and listened to my concerns. He even knocked down every wasp nest and baited every ant hill he saw. In addition, when I told him about a problem I have mentioned before, but it has never been resolved he said he would like to schedule a follow up appointment to investigate the problem. He did not leave a mess of chemical puddles and was the only person I have had come that asked if I would like my gate re-locked when he left. A very well-mannered and professional individual who excels at his job by offering top customer service, which at times is quite difficult to find so when you do see it in an individual it prompted me to write this review as soon as he left my home.
