Sean J was polite and extremely helpful. We received a text the day before service. The day of service, I received a call that the technician would be arriving within 30 minute. Sean arrived within the 30 minute window and sprayed the outdoor. He also sprayed indoor around the doors since we told him that we've seen a couple of scorpions around. We get an every other month service because we live in an area that has a lot of crazy bugs (tarantula, scorpions, wasps, etc). Bulwark has been helpful in keeping the majority of the bugs out of the house.

I called on Wednesday to schedule pest control for my new home. Lavell Hicks showed up the next day from across town to make sure we were good to go for move-in Friday. He was great!

We appreciate Jeremy Liscum, our technician. He is punctual, incredibly polite & listens carefully to any concerns we have so that they are addressed. I definitely don't deal well with scorpions or stinging centipedes, and thanks to Jeremy, those critters are not coming into our house!

Lawrence was our technician and he did a great job listening to our issues and addressing them accordingly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how it would help. He even offered to come by again if the problem did not subside, free of charge. I love the technicians at bulwark, they are professional, knowledgeable and always on time! It is nice having a service company always be closer to the beginning of a time window rather than the latter.

My tech, Cody Woods, was extremely nice and did what I asked. During the winter months bugs are not as common, but in the summer is a different story. I have used Bulwark for years, every 2 months they service my house, and If i have a problem with pests inside or out, between their visit times, they are prompt in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend them.

I have had Bulwark's maintenance plan for over a year and I am very satisfied with the results. I live in a new neighborhood with lots of ongoing home construction so there are occasional pests chased into our garage, and Bulwark's traps have been effective (and the tech takes care of the disposal as needed). The maintenance plan has kept my yard and home insect-free. Our regular technician Gabriel Serna is professional and helpful. I recommend Bulwark for pest control.

Jeremy is an excellent and thorough tech at Bulwark Exterminating. He completely covers the patios and areas where I see activity. Since he has been servicing my home, I have not seen a single insect or scorpion in my house. If we see any outside by the pool or on the patios, it is usually dead.

The Bulwark Exterminator, Jeremy Liscum, was the BEST we have ever experienced. Exceptionally thorough, informative, suggestions, and education on pests in Texas. We recommend the company highly and have signed up for ongoing exterminating appts on a regular basis.

Caleb R. is a great technician. Very friendly and conscientious. I have a 2 year old and a pregnant wife. He made sure to make them feel comfortable and ge even hand mixed the aerosol solution to limit the amount of chemicals in the house to help protect them. He is definitely our tech from now on. Bulwark has done a great job for us for many years, and we especially appreciate our technician, Michael Thomas, for his excellent service and kindness. Mike checks my children's play areas for wasp nests, which I really appreciate. He can also tell what kind of bug we have by my descriptions! We highly recommend Mike at Bulwark!

Trey (Wiliam) is our "bug guy" as my husband affectionately refers to him as :) He does a bi-monthly spraying of our property, and we've been very happy. Sure, apparently nothing will actually eradicate scorpions from this earth (though I'm praying!) but Trey does absolutely everything he can. He's super nice, shows up promptly, always professional, and goes out of his way to let us know he'll come by ANY TIME if we see bugs between his regularly scheduled visits.

Matt Hartt did a great job for us and has always been on time and dependable.
