I use Bulwark for quarterly in/out sprays for everyday bugs and they will come out in between sprays to treat any area needed. I love that I can call and schedule an appointment very easily and quickly. They are usually out within a day or two. My Tech, Lavell Hicks, has been outstanding. He is very thorough in treatments but also in explaining things when I have questions. He remembers me when he comes in and I enjoy having him as my Tech! Would 10/10 recommend Bulwark to anyone who wants professional service that doesn't lose sight of a neighborhood feel. Not to mention, they have always been able to resolve whatever pest issues I throw at them!

After moving into our house, we contacted Bulwark to establish a service contract for extermination. Lavell Hicks was assigned to manage the pest control for our house, and he has made multiple follow up visits to handle the various pests cohabiting our house as we saw them emerge. He has been prompt, thorough, and courteous during all visits.

Our technician, Jeremy Liscum, is just terrific. He is so professional in his conduct - prompt, thorough, extremely polite and attentive to any pest control concerns I have. I hear people say that the American work ethic is dead - but Jeremy is proof positive that it’s not!

Lavell Hicks is my technician. I'm impressed with his product knowledge and his conscientiousness, for example setting up the bait stations so they are unobtrusive yet effective. He arrives on schedule and is very efficient.
