Description of Work: I actually signed a contract with them. They are great! They always let me know when they will be there. Anytime there are any issues with extra critters whether in the house, garage, or yard, they gladly come spray. We had a bad flea breakout in our yard that my poor animals were being bitten and they got it under control. My pets love them! A definite Kudos to them!

Description of Work: I have no idea if services are being provided. They leave a slip of paper saying they have been there but no one in the house has seen or heard them. The ants and roaches are still present. They changed recently to a new billing format which is only a cash register tape with a balance due; no explanation of what was done or found. I voiced my dissatisfaction and was told this is their new approach to billing. I am searching for another pest control company.
