Our technician was Philip Lanier and he was excellent. Fast, friendly and communicative.

The job was done perfectly. Their customer service is very friendly. They are happy to come back if you see any Pest or if you’re not fully satisfied with the treatment.

My service technician Ruben Ortiz was prompt and efficient in the treatment application. He walked the entire property looking for indications of pests.

Michael Lloyd, our technician for Bulwark, always does a fantastic job. He found a wasp nest and ants I wasn’t aware of and took care of them. He is always courteous and helpful.

Monthly service was performed at our home by Damon Morrison of Bulwark Exterminating. At the outset of his visit I met with Damon to discuss treatment of our patio and side yard areas in a manner that would not prove harmful to our young dog. He gave me a good overview of how he would apply the pesticide and how long we should keep our dog off the treated areas. I also asked Damon to examine a tree in our front yard where our arborist had notice an insect infestation. Damon examined the tree and advised that a termite specialist from Bulwark check to determine if termites were present. He said he would arrange with his colleagues at Bulwark for a visit from one of their termite specialists. Finally, I discussed with Damon treating a larger concrete bunker that lies underneath our patio. Throughout our discussions Damon was polite and responsive to my queries. As promised by him, a representative from Bulwark called me later in the day to schedule a visit from one of their termite specialists. All in all, I was very pleased with Damon's attention to our insect control needs and sensitivity to our desire to protect our dog from any application of pesticides on our property. Kevin C.

Bulwark always sends professional representatives but Damon Morrison went above and beyond. In addition to communicating pre and post service, he observed my garbage and recycle can were still on the curb and he brought them to my garage - very thoughtful!

My roaches are tenacious, but Bulwark has been very willing to come back weekly for -free- follow ups. All the technicians have done great jobs, but Ryan did more than I requested, even spraying areas that weren’t asked for.

It has been almost a year with Bulwark Exterminating and we have had a very positive experience. We are in an area where currently there is a lot of construction and so we are constantly having bug problems and calling Bulwark A L OT. We have the same technician that comes in. His name is Justen Nunez and he is always very thorough, polite and friendly! Always punctual and explains everything.
