Bugmaster

We’ve used Bugmaster for years. They come once per quarter. No bugs! Once we became a customer, our cost was locked in - never goes up! Very happy with them.

These guys are pretty good. The scheduling is generally good; they give you a two-hour window and usually show up within it.
If you are not there when they come for service, they just spray the outside of your house. Twice they came and left before I got home. One time I left work early to get home before the window of time when they told me they would come to spray. When I got home, there was a note saying that they had already come and sprayed outside but not inside (could not get in without me here.) I got really upset with them and phoned and they came back and sprayed indoors.
The service I got did not smell bad, did not seem overdone. And it worked. No bugs!

We purchase a house with rather extensive bug issues, and hired Bugmaster predominantly to address Carpenter Ants.

The contract included interior bug control, and we elected to use the organic spray.

I'm not sure how effective the organic product was -- there was evidence of roach activity for many weeks after spraying in a house that was unoccupied, but I did not know how extensive the problem was. I am not sure that the underside of the house was treated, and I suspect roaches were living there and entering through plumbing perforations which we had not yet been able to plug.

After our second treatment, we had no more signs of insects, and we assume the infestation was just a lot more severe than we realized when we purchased a clean-looking home.

It's so routine, you don't even have to think about it. They give you a block of time for the service and come during that time. They are polite and everyone wears uniforms. They come inside and do the spraying and it works. We don't have bugs. If we do see scorpions, we just give them a call and they come right out.

We have a contract with them and they come out quarterly. We don't remember how much we pay them for their quarterly service. They are timely and responsive. I guess these are the two biggest things. They are also effective and that's probably even more important. So their stuff works and that's why we use them. We really haven't compared their prices to other companies but we are satisfied with their price. We are okay with what they charge. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Everything went just fine with Bug Master. I don't have any complaints and will continue to use this company.

They are really good. They come out quarterly to spray and check the house. They are very friendly and prompt. I do not have a long wait period if I have a problem.

They were very punctual. I have been pleased with their services.
