Overall it went very well. Once I contacted the company Brent set up a time and came out to preview the work required and give me an estimate. The estimate took a day or two to get to me (via e-mail) and after I accepted he scheduled a visit within a week. I think it took a little longer than estimated (8 hours) which was spread over 2 days. But it was a lot of siding. He was also able to clean up some dark stains on the limestone and some algae too. And he went ahead and cleaned my chimney, which we didn't even talk about initially. If I ever sell this house I'll have it done again as it really looked nice once he was done. The worst problem is he's currently a one person operation, so responsiveness could be an issue.
