Bella Bugs staff was great to work with in getting the work scheduled and then rescheduled when I had an unexpected conflict. Their representative handled both the evaluation and the treatment and was very thorough, courteous and professional. IVery satisfied.

The service technicians were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and humorous! Only time will tell how effective their treatment was, but I felt that they listened attentively to my questions and concerns and then treated my property accordingly. I had saved bug samples for them (not a pretty sight), so they were able to quickly identify the creatures that I do not wish to have as house guests. In addition to their regular treatment, they plugged the weep holes around the outside of my house, at no additional cost. I chose to sign up for quarterly treatments with them, at a much for affordable price than what I paid at my last residence.

It was good. They were quick, easy, and they got the job done. It wasn't memorable but it wasn't terrible. It was good, they got rid of the two rodents that were up there.

They "came, saw, and conquered." Arrived, worked the outside, then the inside of the house, patrolling and treating for bugs and varmits. Asked if we needed a yearly contract and surprisingly they advised against it, suggestion we just give them a call.

Bella Bugs' service person was prompt and personable. They said they would come out again free of charge if we needed another treatment. We did. They came out again. My only small complaint is that for the second service, I was waiting at home for a service person to arrive. The person came and treated the outside and left a note on the front door, but I never knew that they had come. I called the company and found out that they had already been to my house. There actually hadn't been any need for me to be waiting at home. In any case, it took a while for all of the ants to stop entering, but I haven't seen any in the house now for a long time. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Provider was on time and professional. Service was quick and all questions were answered.

They responded promptly after purchasing the deal. Fixing date and time for service was easy. They were on time at my place and I was able to see the difference in probably 24hrs time. Highly Recommended.

It went ok but the bugs were still there after he left and still are, 6 months later. I never called them to come back out which I'm sure they would have. I just prefer for something to work the first time.

I Scheduled an appointment for between 10am and 12pm. They called at exactly 10:30 and were here at 11. Scott came out and was incredibly thorough and took time to explain to me exactly what he was doing. He was polite, professional, and came with jokes. Great guy!

I had an immediate need and they came out right away. I had a rodent in my attic and they got rid of it. The service was perfect.

Used Angie's deal to schedule interior/exterior basic treatment, Interior completed but discovered termites in the process. Second visit treated the termite problem for additional reasonable cost, and completed the exterior spray. Job was thorough and accompanied by full description and good advice. Technician very knowledgeable and very informative.

The service went really well. The technician was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He went through and around the house very thoroughly. He crawled under our deck to spray, treated the perimeter of our property (not just the house) and around wood piles. He provided us with some traps for rodents and advised us of their military discount. I will definitely hire this company again.

Scott arrived on time and completed the free evaluation as advertised. He quoted us a very competitive price, explaining thoroughly everything he would do. He did everything he said he would and more.

Scott was very kind and became good friend with our dogs. He did his work fast and politely.

It was a very good experience. The price was fair for all the time and effort Scott put in - we got a discount through Angies List. From my first encounter the scheduling staff was delightful, and got Scott out to see us the next day. In fact, the scheduling was incredibly easy and fast - when I called I got appointments exactly when I wanted them (we needed three visits). Scott arrived on time - with a call ahead to let us know when he would be there. So helpful. But the best part was how thorough and professional Scott was with handling our issue and getting us help. I would use Bella's again in a heartbeat!

They were great even when they had to come out the 3rd time.

I felt like they were effective on some of the ants on the outside but I did not see much success on the inside with bugs. They were not on time for the service. They sent a young guy and he was not as thorough as I would have liked on the inside. He was very personable but my expectations were not met.

My technician was fantastic. He explained everything and was very professional. The problems I had was with scheduling. If not for the technician working out his schedule, I would have been rescheduled twice instead of once. I was told I would get a call from scheduling to schedule the follow up visit, but that never happend. Because of my busy schedule I can't just keep changing dates and times.

They promptly answered my call, were very courteous and worked with me to set a prompt appointment. The tech listened to our problems and was prompt to complete the work on our house and garden. Their price was reasonable, and they were efficient in doing the job. I am happy with the work. They provide a good guarantee, but I have not needed to have them back back for guarantee work. I'm happy to recommend them.

It and scheduling were fine. They were supposed to leave a slip and did not so I needed to call them about this. It may have blown away.

Went great. They eliminated the bugs. No rodents were caught in the traps after a couple of weeks but that's not the company's fault. The rodents disappeared on their own.

Customer service both on the phone and in person during the service was fantastic! I feel Steve went above and beyond to address my concerns and to make the environment pest free for myself, pets, and family. I also like the fact that they will come back out free of charge in the next 30 days to take care of anything if need be....but so far so good.
