I am very happy so far. He was thorough and came afterwards to explain to me exactly what he did and what to expect. It was our first time and if I use them after that it will be $50 a month. It is not a contract; you can call if you need them. It was very nice.

It wasn't very positive. I actually bought it as a gift for my mother and she wasn't very happy with the service. She felt they didn't do a very thorough job and she had bugs within a few weeks. They need to do a more thorough job. The pricing was good. It would have been better if they paid a little more attention.

The technician that came to spray our home was great! Prompt & professional. They did what they said they would. I will be contacting Bella Bugs again for future work! Highly recommend these folks!!!

The Bella Bug representatives came on time, and were polite and professional. One sprayed in the house the other the outside around the house. They explained all they were going to do and allayed my concerns about the spray being harmful to children or dogs. (It is not). I plan on asking about a quarterly spray.

I got special pricing because i purchased from amazon local. They arrived promptly. for the appointment. All of the wasps nests were removed including the little stems; the technician said that removing the stems would help prevent them from returning. The technician was professional and friendly. I assumed that when the nests were removed they were disposed of. When my dog brought one of the nests on the deck, I discovered that they were only knocked off the house into yard. So I went around the yard and found the rest of the nests and disposed of before my little dog found another one. So they provided the service but I recommend that if you use them be sure to talk about how the nests disposal will be handled. So I rated the quality as less than excellent because of the nests left in the yard.

I'd had Bella Bugs treat for water bugs/roaches last year and never saw another bug, so I was pleased with their service. The tech arrived on time, was polite and efficient. He applied the treatment to some places in the house, then sprayed around my entries and my deck outside. I'll know if the treatment was effective if I never see another bug!

We spotted some pests in our master bath and were unsure if we had carpenter ants or termites. The guys from Bella Bugs came out and inspected our home and property and were able to pinpoint that it was likely just ants and gave us free tips on what we could do as homeowners to seal up the entry points. They were professional, timely and very friendly. I appreciated their candor and the fact that I didn't feel like someone was trying to pull one over on me or upsell me for services I didn't really need.

The tech that came to our property was nice and helpful in explaining our options. We will use this company in the future, if the need arises.

I recently learned that I have wood ants eating the house. So I purchased the Big Deal to have Bella Bugs come out and spray. However, the Big Deal I purchased from Bella Bugs did not cover wood ant problems, only general pest issues. That's why I'm asking for a refund. I did meet with Bella Bugs today to get an estimate for the wood ant problem. They are scheduled to come out on Tuesday to foam the area.

Two guys showed up from Bella, one working on the inside and the other on the outside. Showed them the back fence and the carpenter ants and they sprayed the entire back fence. No more carpenter ants. Felt they did a very thorough and professional job at a reasonable price. Did not try to push us into a contract. Just explained when and if we have a problem to call them back to treat the problem. Personally don't feel that living in Austin the house had to be sprayed every three months so liked their approach of treating on an as needed basis

Technician arrived on time, explained what he had done, and accepted payment with his iPhone. So far, no bugs!

Technician called ahead to confirm arrival time. Showed up on time and performed a very extensive treatment in an out. I'm very pleased with the work performed. I would recommend Bella Bugs Pest Control to others.

I couldn't ask for better customer service. They were very helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took a number of trips to get rid of the rats. They went above and beyond to eliminate the problem. They were diligent in continuing to work with us. The 3rd time they found they found holes that had been puttied up. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience and price. Very professional and easy to schedule. They were available the very next day and arrived when they were scheduled. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

He came out, was very friendly, and did a nice job. Two weeks later, I was still having a problem with roaches and when I called back they scheduled to come out again right away. Very satisfied and I'm having them back this week!

They've done a good job. They set baited traps, and took the squirrels away.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List and I heard from Bella Bugs the same day. They planned service for a few days later. The technician was on time, polite, and very helpful. The service was thorough and inobtrusive. I haven't had any problems since! I will definitely be calling them again.

I really like these guys, every time they have been on time, called before they came, did a great job and they are always nice, polite and will inform you of anything you need to know. I will definitely use these guys in the future.

I called on Monday morning and was able to book an appointment for Tuesday morning, between 9 and 11. I got a call right at 9, and the technician was at my house by 9:15. I showed him where the nest was, and asked him to inspect the rest of the eaves for wasps. He said he would take down the nest as well as spray the eaves all around the house. I told him that I have dogs and I was concerned about toxic residues that might affect them. He assured me that it would be safe, and told me which product he was using. I looked up the product, and apparently it is indeed safe to use around pets, and even on them. He also told me that if I see any more wasps in the next 30 days, they'll come back out and treat again at no additional cost. All in all it was as pleasant an experience as one could hope for a wasp removal to be.

This was a delightful experience. We will definitely be calling Bella Bugs for future needs.

It went very well. Although we still have bugs from time to time (it is still Austin), the amount drastically declined after we sprayed and rarely see any bugs inside if at all since the treatment. The rep was very personable and gave some additional advice on how to prevent and deal with the various insects prevalent in the area that has been helpful. Would highly recommend them to anyone who asks if they are in need of pest or rodent issues/prevention.

It went very well. The technician was very friendly. He didn't try and sell me on a program, in fact he told me that we were "as needed" and shouldn't sign up for anything. He was very nice to my very enthusiastic dog. He worked quickly and assured me that the spray was safe for my pets and child.

This past Saturday we went upstairs in the afternoon and found the whole area filled with bees. After unsuccessfully trying to get our (former) pest control company to come out and help us, we avoided going up there over the weekend. Early this morning we contacted Bella Bugs and explained the situation. They got two technicians out to us within and hour and a half of the call! Scott and Gerald came out, inspected the upstairs attic (which is cramped and difficult to maneuver in), walked the roof outside the area and could find no bees. They determined that this was a small swarm that came down through the chimney and got trapped, and not an infestation in our attic or walls. Great news! Scott and Gerald were extremely helpful and thorough, and amazingly did not charge me for the visit! I saw that Bella Bugs was highly regarded on Angie's List, and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. I am dumping my old pest company that I had a contract with TODAY and signing up with Bella Bugs for our quarterly treatments. An outstanding experience all around. Thanks guys!

We were experiencing a high influx of ants during the hotter and drier months around the end of last summer. The ants were literally coming up through our carpeting and even out of the shower head at one point - as I believe they were in serious need of water. Bella Bugs came in and did a standard treatment with a deal coupon and within two weeks we saw no more ants. We were happy to be free of them. We will use them again in a few weeks as a preventative measure for this season.
