Bella Bugs

Got this service for my tenants because of pest complaints, they were super happy with the service and flexibility of scheduling the time and date for when the work was done. Would definitely do business with Bella Bugs Pest Control again, it's been just a little under a month since the service and we are still pest free!

I was promptly called to schedule appointment. SInce it was outdoors, hey went on property without my needing to be there, leaving me notice that of what they did. They told me if they missed anything to give them a call and they'd be back. I forgot to unlock back fence so I needed them to return to do the back and they did promptly without extra charge. A few days later I noticed huge wasp nest on my roof so they returned without charge and got rid of it. Each time I called and emailed them and got prompt and friendly response. I will definitely use them again.

One person came to do this and it took about half an hour. Left the area clean like he had never been there. I would tell family and friends to use them. The service was good. They are reliable and arive on time.

It went better than expected. Very professional and informative service. It has been over a month and no bugs. Well a few the first week but they were all dead. I will use this service again.

I wish I could remember the names of the gentleman that came over because they were very professional. They sprayed the inside of our house, our garage and the perimeter of our house and beyond. We purchased an Angie's Special and it was well worth it. A couple of days later our son saw a live bug and they immediately came back to spray again. We live near the lake and I'm expecting more bugs so we will more than likely set up a regular maintenance schedule with Bella Bugs Pest Control. Two thumbs up!

They did the treatments while I was away from home, but the treatment seems to be working because I haven't noticed much evidence of pests.

There were no troubles with scheduling. My experience with them was good. However, I did have a concern that they used a product in my house that was not pet friendly.

Workers were punctual. One came in and he said he had a crew spraying outside. He was very polite. I noticed at least three men spraying outside. The indoor man sprayed the perimeter of the house with a chemical-smelling spray that remained wet for some time, and I had to open the windows due to the smell. Today, 8/19, I found a live but dying large cockroach in the tub. The outdoor crew knocked down wasp nests except for one right outside the front door, but the insects in it died the next day so I assume they sprayed it. Many companies ask for a contract or will only do certain things, like indoors only or excluding wasp nests unless one pays more. In this way I liked the service for the price.

It was great. It was easy to reach them and they came right away. It worked! No more ants. We were really happy with this service.

He arrived on time and quickly and efficiently treated the office and was very friendly and listened to my questions and concerns. i will use them in the future for maintenance.

David called twenty minutes before arrival well within the 2 hour window scheduled the day before. He was extremely professional and addressed my concerns that the treatment he was using wouldn't harm my hardwood floors. He told me it was eco-friendly and wouldn't harm the floor or my cats. He said it was a fine mist and even though I had a concern about 'water' or any liquids staining or harming the floor his reassurance was correct. I found a dead tree roach in the garage coincidentally today as I'm cleaning out everything getting ready to put my house on the market. He not only sprayed the main floor, upstairs but also the garage. I asked him to move the tables and things to the middle of the sewing bedroom as the painter is coming later and he did so which gave him easy access to around the baseboards but also gave the painter room to walk behind them. I would definitely use Bella Bugs again if I were staying in Austin. But I'm off to Virginia to be closer to my grandchildren once the house sells. I took a picture with my iPhone5S of his truck. It's so cute and creative and I wanted to show my daughter. They are a smaller company I believe than ABC Pest Control which I've always used in the past and I definitely think they will grow to a much larger company because they are professional and give excellent service. He didn't have to put all the stuff in the middle of the room (even though it gave him easier access to the baseboards), but David was so accommodating, I can't say enough good things about him and Bella Bugs. You deserve to be put on the POH as well!

The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and knew their stuff. They sprayed the entire inside of our house and out even went to the property line. I have never had a thorough pest control service like this. Most companies just want to spray where you have seen a bug but not do prevention like this company does! I will be using them for all pest control needs!!!!

Bella Bugs were a pleasure to work with, from our initial phone conversation to the professional demeanor of the men who came to our home. David and John were polite and courteous, full of information regarding pest management and how to best extend to longevity of our treatment. I highly recommend Bella Bugs and intend to utilize their services again in the future.

This was my second time using the services of Bella Bugs and I'm happy to report the same satisfaction with the work performed as the first time. The representative (a different one) was on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable, done the job quick and thorough. He answered all my questions. He pretty much loaded everything back in his truck when he observed some wasps nests under an awning and upon determining they are active and just swiping them away would not deter them from coming back, he pulled out the spray hose again and doused the area fully. Overall, job done good, in time and in the budget.

I spoke with the company, and did schedule service, but the coupon for the "Big Deal" was for another service which type I did not require. I think the company is good, and will comment after they do the termite treatment I have scheduled.

They're willing to come out between quarterly sprayings, too. They're great at everything except mosquitoes (it's just a grass spray that doesn't seem to do it). Other than that they've very professional, easy to schedule, very responsive, and their treatments are effective. They also helped with a mouse problem.

The technician was prompt, thorough, and courteous. I have seen zero bugs/pests since then.

They did a routine spray of the house and foundation outside. We occasionally get ants in the house, so our bug problem is very minor. We wanted to get ahead of it and do a spraying. We have not seen any ants since.

The technician was prompt, friendly, and fast. We haven't seen a roach in or around the house for about a month.

Scott came on-time. He was clean, courteous, and professional. He thoroughly inspected the area involved, diagnosed small carpenter ants, then treated for them. He drilled (and patched) several small holes and sprayed into them. He went outside and spayed the area around the window. He made several recommendations to us for maintaining the window, as well as some comments about other pests common to this area. We were pleasantly surprised at the bill. Time will tell, but for now, we would recommend Bella and Scott with no hesitation.

It was really good. They called me right after I purchased the deal and sent the tech out the next day. They were treating for rats and mice in my attic. He used some type of sticky poison strips and I examined the house and vent system to make sure everything was covered up. We also had traps set throughout the attic space.

The small pest control service I had used for years terminated due to the owner's health concerns, so I was looking for a new service. Bella Bugs employees were friendly and professional from start to finish. The agent that came was polite and explained where he would be spraying indoors and out. He answered all my questions. He told me he uses spray that is nontoxic to humans indoors and instructed me to wash the rosemary that I harvest from a bush outside before cooking with it. I was pleased with the service and called Bella Bugs's office after the appointment to schedule quarterly service. We saw two or three earwigs in the house the week following the service, but none this past week, so I think that is resolved.
