Bella Bugs

We have used Bella before and have been satisfied for the most part even though I think their eco-friendly pest control might wear off quicker than other services. We received the same professional, responsive and punctual service as before but the pest control treatment seemed to work about 1-2 weeks and even started to see a couple bugs around the foundation after about a week which usually is not the case at all. My real issue was with the mosquito treatment that did very little to control the mosquitoes. Generally, the pest control treatment tends to limit the mosquitoes and gnats to a certain extent but during the spring months I figured it made sense to add mosquito treatment too and it did little to control the problem. I had them comeback out 2-3 weeks later to re-spray and they blamed it on the rainy weather and standing water on the side of the yard. Granted, there was a small puddle in the side yard from a storm the day before. However, I found this to simply be an excuse as we had little to no precipitation in the first two weeks after the initial treatment and well before the torrential rainfall we had in mid/late May. I understand the product is not going to work miracles but my disappointment was well before all the recent rainfall and felt like it was being used as an excuse. If the products are not going to work sufficiently with a small bit of rain then it might be time to find a new product or treatment offering during the spring months. I would use and still recommend Bella but I will consider other vendors in the future now too.

It was great! They came out exactly within the time window and performed all services well. I was also given a heads up about termite activity in our yard and some ant colonies behind the shed. I bought a deal for them to come out this time, but I liked their service so I plan to set up ongoing quarterly service with them.

Getting rid of the nest was tricky because it was inside the screen on a second story window. He got on a ladder right up next to the next and got rid of the nest and the wasps. I was concerned about getting rid of the next due to the fact that it was just outside a window, and a household member is really allergic to bee stings.

I thought they were professional. They were helpful and informative. They took care of the issue that we had. The price seemed surprising, but researching had ended up that it seemed to be the standard price. The quality of the service was fine. My wife handled it, but I think she was pleased.

Out of 6 pest specialists who came to provide a bid for treating for termites in our cottage, this company is the only one whose employee noticed our main house had evidence of an infestation too. On top of that, he was clearly knowledgeable and provided easy-to-understand information in a straight-forward way. Although I did end up going with another company with similar knowledge and shoot-from-the-hip style, it was largely because they underestimated the amount of work to be done and were willing to honor the lower bid. I would have every confidence in hiring Bella for any future pest issues.

My house was infested with red wasps and every summer the problem gets worst. This year I purchased the Big Deal Wasp Control and Removal. The technician came out on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He sprayed around the house and removed some wasp nests in the attic. We have been wasp free ever since. I was very happy with Bella Bugs and will use them in the future.

Technician was early. Incredibly friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions and didn't mind me tagging along with him so I could learn what to watch out for. He did a thorough job, explained the treatment process, warranties, etc. It was a pleasure working with him and I'll be sure to recommend the company to friends and neighbors. Excellent service and environmentally safe. Safe for pets which is huge for our house hold. I will use again. After treatment still had ant problem but was not as bad as before service.

Had to come back 3 times but finally got a squirrel and it seems it was the right squirrel because there have not been any more problems.

It was okay. They said they were going to come back for cleanup and I don’t believe they ever did. They never told me they did and I didn’t follow up with them.

They were courteous and on time. Sprayed everything thoroughly. We saw some spiders that did not go away with the first treatment and they promptly came back out and sprayed again.

This is the second time I've had them out.

It went great, and we haven't seen any bugs since.

Scott did a great job setting traps throughout the house in the appropriate areas since we have had no problems since. He really got the job done,; he was professional and enjoyable to talk to. We definitely recommend Bella Bugs.

They are very reliable, dependable, and compassionate. They listen to the problem and will make sure they take care of it. Very knowledgeable. I recommend them to whoever wants to get the job done.

Bella Bugs was continuously unable to properly schedule my regular quarterly treatments, so I have had to fire them and look for a more dependable alternative. I used them for over 1 year. Incident 1: On on occasion, I asked the office to postpone my quarterly treatment by 1 month, and the change was supposedly made to the schedule. However, the i caught the employee in my backyard on the originally scheduled day of service, and I asked why he was there, because i rescheduled. He responded "well nobody told me", and kept right on spraying. I informed the gentleman again that I rescheduled the appt and that I was informing him of it. He ignored me and kept right on spraying ! I then informed him that I would not be paying for his unauthorized treatment, and that made him stop working. Incident 2: I arranged to have the inside sprayed at 12pm, on the day of my quartely treatment, which typically only includes an external spray, unless you call first to schedule a time to spary the inside of your home. Instead of coming at 12pm to spray both the inside and outside, as intended, they instead came at 9am when I wasn't there. The employee left me a vm with instructions to call back IF if I still wanted inside done. I immediately called his cell number back, which wasn't asnwered. I left a VM that I DID desire to keep the 12pm appt. Never heard from him again till 1pm. I then called the office to complain that my appointment time was apparently completely disregarded, and now I had to call BACK to RE-request it, but he didn't answer when I called. I emphasized that I made the 12pm appt for a reason, and YES, I did want to keep it. The office employee seemed unaffected by this and was flippant, and the response was "Well, I can try to call him". At 1pm, the employee called again, but I didn't reach the phone and my VM picked up. He left a message saying that he was enroute to come back to do the interior, but he needed me to call hime back to confirm. I refused to call back to reconfirm this appointment again. At 1:30pm the employee showed up at my door, and I immediately complained about his repeated attempt to avoid the 12pm appt, and his repeated requests that I call him back to reconfirm. The Mexican man argued with me at first, and stated that he never left voice mail messages asking that I call him back to confirm that I wanted my interior sprayed. I reached for my phone to play back his messages for him, but then he changed his lying tune and said that his poor English must have been misinterpreted, he didn't mean what he said in his messages (Really?? We're blaming poor English skills for repeated messages left in perfect English??). I allowed him to spray the inside of the house, then I called the office to cancel my contract. There's a 50-50 chance that they will attempt to show up anyway next quarter...

The office was very proactive about scheduling the treatment once I had purchased the deal. The pest control people arrived on time and treated both inside and outside the house including the yard. They checked to see if I had any specific areas of concern and they addressed those. Bit of overspray that I had to clean up later, but overall, I'm happy with the job done.

The sprayer guys called before arriving, they were courteous and friendly and worked fast!

The 2 pest control guys showed up on time and were personable. I would have appreciated more well trained technicians with a more extensive knowledge of the pesticides they were using as well as of the life cycle of different insects. They also did not check out both of my attic spaces (they are not connected)- I would have appreciated a more thorough investigation. In addition, I was supposed to receive a follow up call from the office to set up a second appointment and I have not received a call.

Very well. Needed to call them back when ants returned a couple days later but they were quick to respond back and handledo the problem.

It went great. After they left, I realized I forgot to let up the garage door so the provider could spray in the garage. I called in the next day and they made arrangements to have their team come back over to spray the garage at no extra cost.

The technician came out to address a red wasp infestation in one of our exterior walls and did an excellent job. The infestation was much worse than either of us could have imagined. I had been trying to remove them my self for over a year and spent much more on wasp spray than what the service cost. He continued to treat up into the wall until no wasps were seen trying to escape which took over an hour. Great service and I have not seen any signs that any were missed. After the dust settled there were several hundred dead wasps on the ground and one happy homeowner, Thank you Bella Bugs!

I love this company. Scheduling and coordinating regular treatments at my various properties is always a huge hassle (on my end) and they are so accommodating, helpful, fairly priced, and professional. They always respond promptly, and have even immediately squeezed me in to the schedule several times in urgent situations. As a property manager, not having a reliable contractor for a particular task is my worst nightmare. Conversely, having high quality, responsive contractors is a dream come true. For me these guys are dreamy!

I wasn't able to be home at the time of the service, but they came and knocked down the large wasp nest on our shed. They also assured me that they would walk around the outside of the house to check for any other nests. They left a note on my door letting me know the service had been completed.
