Came by and took care of the big wasp nest but he did miss a few of the small ones near my front door. I called an hour after he left and let them know and they came by and took care of it that day before i got home from work. Everything looks good. I recommend that you do a walk around first so you can be sure they caught everything - noone knows your house like you do.

Our bugs are gone! They did a wonderful job, and I love how the pesticide is dog friendly. I signed up for their reoccurring maintenance program every three months.

I used the Angie's List promotion and had no hassle or pressure for an up-sell from Bella, which is not always the case with these coupons/promotions. They responded quickly and arrived on time. The only reason for a B on quality was that I had to go around the yard and pick up a few scraps on the ground from the wasp nests, which I'm glad I caught before we let the dog out in the yard. I would use them again and just remind them to pick everything up before they leave.

I would have liked them to come back and check the traps again.

Their employee was on time and answered my questions about the pesticide used and listened to my request to minimize the spray drips away from the house - we have a pool and had covered it and part of our planter to prevent any spray getting in either one. He quickly killed the nests and removed them with his extension sponge - while doing that he found another nest which had hidden in a crevice of the Hardiplank and killed that, too. We paid him and had a discount for using Angie's list. I am planning to call them this week since although the wasps did not return last year (2014) they have this one.

Applied bed bug spray in 2 bedroom. They had to come back 3 more times to take care of the bugs. But they were more then willing to come out as many time it needs to take care of the bugs. Highly recommend their dedication and professionalism. Thanks.

The tech was 2 hours late and tracked some mud in the house. I was given one free treatment to compensate.

The guy who came had a great attitude and was very thorough. He even took off his shoes before entering the house, which I really appreciated. The sugar ant problem we had disappeared soon after service. I will use them again for pest maintenance.

The man who came was very competent. He recognized what bugs we had, and gave us tips on how to avoid them. I watched him as he did the treatment. He sprayed inside, outside, and even around the plant beds. I was very impressed about how he went above and beyond. They actually went to the wrong location at first, but they recognized it and took ownership of the mistake. I would recommend them to our neighbors and friends!

I have used Bella Bugs for several years. They have always been helpful, on time,and professional. This is an excellent company to work with. I'll never use another company. I even have them coming out for large animal removal next week. I know they will not encourage services that don't need to be done. I highly recommend Bella Bugs for all your bug and pest needs.

Weren't able to do service on day that was originally scheduled due to rain. Returned at a later date and everything went fine.

Provider was responsive and timely and treatment was effective. Technician didn't provide any information on what he was doing/using or what to expect. I will probably go for organic treatments in the future.

Overall the experience went well. They were very responsive and arrived right on time. They sprayed inside my house all along the base boards and entry points. They also sprayed along my foundation and my property line. The product they use seems to be working, haven't had any roaches appear since the treatment. We did have one baby scorpion make its way in but luckily our cat killed it (our other form of pest control). I would use Bella Bugs again in the future.

The technician JP? was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the procedure. I have no wasp, bees, or outside crawling insects around my house now. I will use this company again for my house and rental property based upon this positive experience. Also there was good communication in scheduling and outstanding customer service. Thank you!

This is the second time we have used Bella Bugs for our extermination needs. On both occasions we have been impressed with the thorough job of our technician - David. Having recently moved to Austin, and being quite averse to the numerous flying critters we encounter on a daily basis, an exterminator that addressed the elimination of wasps/mud daubers in our outdoor living space was essential. David not only sprayed and removed the nests, he examined the exterior of our house to let us know where we needed to take action to prevent future nests from developing. His examination of every nook and cranny (including the space between the gutters and house) was fantastic. I highly recommend Bella Bug Pest Control. Fantastic service at a reasonable price - you can't beat it.

Prompt response. Came on time, and did exactly what they said they would. I had purchased their service under the Angie's List Big Deal offer, but would use their service at regular price as well.

however, i had them out twice, having fogotten I had had them a few months earlier. it was all very confusing bcs they came for fireants and then told me they ants I had were not fire ants but treated for fireants any way..

It went well. They came out over a year ago. I have no idea how much they charged us. Their service was very good, very professional. As I remember, I think they were very prompt. They sprayed the bugs, the workers were nice and friendly. I would use them again in the future.

i have seen a few wasps flying around, but have not seen any new hives.
