Bella Bugs

Once again, we only call Bella Bugs for our pest control needs. This time we had particularly more creepy crawlies since there was a lot of rain in the spring. Once we treated, no more crawlies for the allotted amount of time for the treatment. Even though you can get this type of effectiveness with most pest control companies, Bella Bugs stands out a few unique ways - 1. They are very prompt with their scheduling, and also honor this Angie's List deal price every time I call. Therefore, I'm always getting a discount over other providers. 2. They don't try to sell me a subscription or contract for repeat services. I don't need that - I call when I see enough invaders showing up and that's how I like to do it. In return, they get a loyal customer. 3. They always put down free sticky traps when I ask for them. 4. The techs aren't trying to sell me other services during the treatment. I know what I need and they are cool with that, and instead we can have a nice conversation about life instead of a business transaction the entire time. 4. I love telling those other Pest Control company reps about Bella Bugs and my price and watching them try to match it or offer me some sort of discounted subscription. Sorry! I'm good. 5/5 will call again.

We were very pleased with the service, and a little over a year later, we are just now starting to see a few spiders inside the house. We normally don't treat our home professionally or inside, and have only needed to do it when living in the south. We will definitely use them again.

We first had Bella Bugs out here in 2014 and they did such a great job that we are now on a quarterly contract with them. We live in a wooded area and have never had an issue since using them!!!

Bella Bugs does a great job. I used them a year ago in September and their treatment has been very effective over the course of the year. This time I asked for the outside to be treated and it has made a huge difference in the population in my back yard around the area where I store the trash bins. I would recommend their treatment program because it does not smell bad, and it is about as non-toxic as pest control chemicals can be and still work.

David was the person who conducted my mosquito sprayer. He was very polite, professional, and nice. I can tell that he value his customer. He went above and beyond despite of the hot weather. I hope Bella Bugs can value his employee by giving more appreciation as his employees have value the customer. Since the last visit, I finally joined their monthly mosquito maintenance plan. Pat, the customer representative, was very nice in describing all the treatment procedures as well as accommodating all my requests. She took her time in explaining and in giving few recommendation to ensure my house is free of bugs as well as to ensure I am happy and satisfied with the service. I did not have this experience from most major Pest Control companies.

Great, on time and prompt service. Sprayed inside, lawn and around the house, no issues for a long time after that..

They were very punctual and professional. The guy that came to spray was very pleasant and helpful. My only concern was that less than 2 weeks later we started seeing spiders again. This to me indicates that the product used wasn't effective.

It went well except the technician had some equipment malfunctions, so the outside treatment material wasn't distributed very well.

David, the Technisian was great to work with....answered all my questions and went the extra mile.

The service was performed as expected. This is a rent property so I am not on site at the time of service. As expected, the service provider contacted me by phone to let me know they were on the way so I could notify tenants. They are very prompt and very courteous with every contact I have with them whether via phone or email. I have used this company about 4 times now and will continue to do so in the future.

Arrived right on time called 30 min before was very professional used skoe covers without being asked to service didnt take very long he explained everything in detail I would definitely recommend this service

Scheduled service for date that was good for me & they called back to confirm date & time. Tech called approx 25 minutes before he was to be here & let me know when he would arrive. When arriving he introduced himself & explained what he was going to do. Performed services ordered & told me when he was done & asked if I had any other concerns. Good job, will use again.

Great! The guy arrived 5min ahead of schedule and gave me a call in advance that he was on his way. He sprayed the exterior and interior of the house and gave us recommendations on future maintenance. We also had a question about rodent removal and he was very helpful.

This is the third time I have used Bella Bugs and I have never been disappointed. They have a guarantee of service and results that is superb. They work with me and my work schedule. Their work is impeccable and the staff is fantastic. I have worked with three different persons at my home and every time they seem to get better and better and are always informative and ready to answer any questions. It is never a rush job. They are through and their products are pet/enviroment friendly. I am so impressed with this company and their work I have signed up on their service/maintenance plan. Shortly after moving into our new home, we purchased a deal through Angie's List for Bella Bugs to spray for ants and other bugs/pests. The buying and booking process was fast and easy and a week later, the tech arrived on time for the appointment. He listened and asked questions about where we had noticed ants, bugs, etc. then determined his course of action. It was a quick appointment and weeks later, I've seen a significant decrease in ants in our home and in the yard. As a bonus, the chemicals they use are "eco-friendly" and after drying for 20 minutes, safe to my dog. We are very satisfied with the work and would call them again if needed.

They were advertising and we have used Bella Bugs a couple of times. They were good. They use pet friendly pesticides. They good about getting out here and I get good results.

A very difficult job was handled professionally, honestly, promptly, and courteously by Bella Bugs expert technician David who went above and beyond to eradicate wasps and their nests from multiple sites... respraying a couple places he was concerned about once the job was done even though we'd already paid him. This is the second time we've employed Bella Bugs and they just keep getting better!

Very well. We have used Bella Bugs before for creatures in our attic. Took them 3 trips altogether (no extra charges) and they finally got rid of the unwelcome guests. Great employees. Have used them twice now and will definitely use again.

Both times Bella Bugs came to our home the gentleman was on time, professional and courteous. He sprayed for mosquitoes, took care of our wasp problem, and gave us a general exterior treatment. He took the time to answer our questions and even he pointed out the swamp on the side of our house which turned out to be a water leak. Something our landscaping crew didn't even do! Definitely use them again.
