Ralph did a great job securing the required people necessary to complete the job. You cannot tell that house was damaged, we have a new asphalt tile roof and extra lighting from the solar tube in living room. Very professional in all respects

It went very well, except for a problem that I caused. Access to the house is limited as it is on a very steep slope. I had secured a verbal easement from the golf course behind me to allow a trailer to pass through to deliver materials and take away debris. Of course, the verbal agreement fell through. Ralph was very very patient with me as I worked to resolve the issue.
Moral is to always get third party agreements in writing, before you tie up contractor.

Ralph is a total class act. His prices are not the lowest but if you want someone high integrity who will make sure things get done right he's your man. I cannot speak highly enough of Austin Creative Builders and Ralph.

Ralph J Korstad (co owner) was contacted about fence replacement, additional lighting and possible storm door installation. Arrangements made for next day visit. He was very professional, got information and stated would provide estimate next day. Prior to receiving estimate the wife decided she wanted front door replaced. Estimate accepted for fence and lights. Doors will be replaced at later date when weather better. Contract signed and workers assigned for work 2 days later. Workers arrived a 8:00 and worked 2.5 days on fence. Lighting took an additional day.
