They did a very good job and were a very competitive cost compared to all other quotes we received.  They were also able to schedule us in to have the roof replaced rather quickly and over a holiday weekend when we would be gone so as to disturb us (and more importantly our 1 year old) as little as possible.  All the work once complete was excellent and there haven't been any problems since.  I would easily work with them to replace the roof again.
The only issues we had centered around the sub-contractors they used for the non roof and gutter work.  They were a little unreliable - a couple times they just didn't show when we made sure to be around for them to have access to the house.  There also always seemed to be a handful of issues during the job - windows had to be measured roughly 4 separate times before anything happened.  One guy knocked over a bucket of stain all over the driveway.  It was all relatively minor but added up to some inconvenience.  However, in the end, when the work was completed, it all looked and so far functions exactly as it should.

The salesperson and manager, showed up when he said he would, and provided an estimate for all work, including hauling off the old shingles and debris.  He had the shingles delivered a day ahead, so the roofers would have everything they needed to start first thing in the morning.  The whole project was completed in one day, and it looks great.  Ken also did the insurance paperwork for me, and met the adjuster when he came to review the hail damage.  I would recommend his team and use them again.

Excellent service - good communication - did a great job and did not cut corners.

Even found and corrected flaws to the original construction so it is better now than when it was new!
