General Remodeling, Deck and Porch Service
$9,000
1.  He used interior drywall screws to attached the baluster shoes to the lower rail (see attached photo).  When I asked him why he used drywall screws, he informed me that he painted the top of the screws so they would be sealed; of course, when it rained one week later, we have black streaks ? I have filed a complaint with the BBB regarding this issue.
2. He used wood putty on new deck rail (see attached photo): Really, a new deck and he used wood putty instead of installing
an $8.00 rail.  Wow!!!  This alone says a lot about his quality of work.

Yes, I recommend this pro
I had good success with them, they showed up when they said they were going to and they came in the price they quoted me. They were very professional, he finishes the job and he is happy and I am happy. I will have them redo my bathroom.
