Larry Burks and his crew did an excellent job from quote through installation of 20 triple-pane R-5 NT Windows Presidential series windows. His price was better than Home Depot, and the thermal performance (U-Value, SHGC) of the installed NT Windows is much better than Home Depot's best window offering. My family felt comfortable around Larry's crew who conducted themselves professionally. My primary motivation was to make the house more comfortable during cold winters and hot summers, secondarily I was interested in the energy savings. The windows replacement did make a big difference in our house during the cold Super-Bowl 2011 week in Dallas when temperatures dropped into the single digits; before the windows replacement, there were several rooms in the house that had large windows that got very cold during a cold winter day, now the rooms are comfortable on a cold winter day. Looking forward to improved comfort during the summer too and lower energy bills year-round. Thanks Larry & crew!

Larry Burks came to assess my needs, and made recommendations From start to finish, he constantly was in touch, letting me know when ordered windows came, checking to see which days were most convenient for me, and to see if I had any questions or concerns throughout. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and his team was quick, efficient, very good at their job. Larry, Tony and Vladimir are the best! We got three quotes on new windows for our home. Larry's quote was quite a bit less expensive and the quality of the windows was the same so we went with his company. The workmanship we received from Larry and his team was superior. Tony and Vladimir are very professional. They arrived on time each morning, worked hard all day and kept their work area very clean. We have 4 dogs and Tony and Vladimir were friendly towards our dogs and were very careful not to leave doors and gates open. You can't go wrong with Smart Temp Windows! I wouldn't even bother to get quotes from other companies, just call Larry, tell him what you need and let him and his team go to work on your home! Our new windows are gorgeous and we couldn't be happier!

We called him out because we had drafty windows. I wanted to find out if we could use him to get some windows to fix the problem. He advised me that the ones I had were adequate and that I didn't need to get new windows. He told me how to fix it. That was great. He didn't sell me anything. He called me back later to give me ideas to try. I didn't buy anything from him, but he gave great service. He called before he came.

Smart Temp Windows was our second quote for 10 new windows. We wanted to have the windows installed before the end of the year. Larry Burks was able to accomplish our goal scheduling the work after our holiday guests had left and working around the bad weather. It was originally quoted 1 1/2 days for installation but they were able to complete the installation in one day. He even helped with our installation of 2 new window shades. Larry explained thoroughly about the window choices allowing us to make the best, cost effective decision for our purchase. After installation he went over the operation and cleaning of the windows making sure we were comfortable with the new windows. We would use Smart Temp Windows again if we have a need for his services.

Everything went great. I couldn't have asked for more. I am totally pleased with their work. Larry did everything he said he would do, in the time frame he gave, plus, he put in new weatherstripping on the front and back door along with a few other extras at no additional charge. He and his crew take pride in their work and want to be sure their customers are happy. I am pleased to see there are still people out there that still have a good old fashioned sense of work ethics.

We had received some nice bedroom furniture for free but because of it's size the only way in was through the window! We took Larry's advice and went with three windows so that they would match in the area they were being installed. One of the best things about Larry was his clear and constant communication. He called and texted and kept me in the loop about when the windows would be ready, time it would take to install and a very fair estimate. Other window companies would not even talk to me because of the minimal number of windows I was going to replace. Larry was my third call and he was the first one to ask me questions and get more information from me. Also, on the day of the install he jumped in and help move the furniture through the window opening because our other help was running late. Larry was professional, kind and courteous. As we slowly replace our old windows Larry and SmartTemp Windows will be where I bring my business!!!

Very efficient and knew what they were doing. They were here all day and took 1 short break and 30 minute lunch. Great people. In fact, they got 2 more jobs in my neighborhood.

Smart Temp was very competitive, their bid was outstanding and very informative. They kept usinformed from the time we accepted the bid to post work performance. On arrival the team was very professional and cover furniture and flooring with drop cloths to prevent damage. They cleaned as they progressed from window to window. I work from home so they were very respectful of my time. It rained during the installation and they made every effort to not track mud inside. Due to the rain they worked a short day but made up for it the next and completed the project on time. We have received many compliments on the windows from neighbors. The team did excellent work and the windows are great. We highly recommend Smart Temp.

A neighbor recommended Smart Temp Windows, so I called Larry Burke, the owner. He came to see the project and gave me a very fair quote. (I had interviewed many others) He performed all services on time & in a thorough & courteous manner. Very professional in all aspects.

Larry and his crew did an excellent job of installing 9 windows in my home. They had installed 8 windows a few years previously and I was very pleased that the new windows matched the previous windows perfectly. They performed all the work in one day and were meticulous. They also did a great job of clean-up. A week or so later, Larry made sure that all the touch up and details were done to perfection. He even made sure that the previous windows were sealed well and helped with a few doors. This is a team that goes the extra mile and that I trusted completely. I sure appreciated all their work and recommend them without reservation.

I had looked at Smart Temp a couple of years ago when we replaced our windows at our house. At the time, I decided to go with a different company and now regret that. Larry was very good to deal with back then, so when we were looking at replacing our windows at our lake house, I immediately called Larry. Larry's partner, Tony came out and measured and gave us a bid. We agreed and the windows were ordered. We scheduled a date for installation and everything went right on schedule. Larry, Tony and two others did a great job in installing the windows and door. I was there for most of the installation and could not be happier with the experience. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Larry even fixed an area in our ceiling that had nothing to do with the windows. I know there are a lot of scammers in the home remodeling business, but Larry is certainly not one of them. He is honest and follows through on everything he says he will do. If I had a third house I would call him again. You can't go wrong with the product he sells and the installation.

When they arrived for the window estimate, they were thorough and professional. They even came out a second time because we had more questions. They did not try and push us into a more expensive product but worked with our budget. They worked with our schedule regarding an installation date and even kept in touch to ensure the date worked for us. Once the day came, they were prompt, efficient and friendly. They tarped everything and vacuumed as they worked. They were even very sociable with our two dogs and toddler. The clean up inside and out was exceptional. We had two custom windows which were installed at a later date and again the service with excellent! The windows are great - they have kept the noise down and the heat out!

They did an excellent job. They were just the nicest people ever. The product was very high quality. They did have one issue with one window, they ordered the wrong glass and they did fix it.

Larry was great. He initially came to our house last summer to give us a quote. I decided at that point that I was going to use him, but decided to wait until the winter. I called Larry in mid February and he came back out to the house to do a full measurement. He even gave us a discount from his prior bid (even though we did not ask for it or expect it). We were in the middle of a major bathroom remodel and Larry and his team worked around our schedule by putting in 2/3 of the windows and then putting in the remaining windows when the remodel was finished. Larry's team was courteous and professional. They did a great job and the windows look great. Also, the windows have helped keep out the cold. I anticipate that they will also be much better than our single pain windows as keeping in the cool in the summer. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Smart Temp Windows. Also, after the project he wrote us a thank you note. We should be the ones thanking him.

Within 2 weeks of measurements the windows were ready for instillation. The instillation took about 3 days including completion of woodwork/framing, window sills and painting of all woodwork.

Smart Temp custom built some of the windows and others were standard size. The installation went smother then I expected with absolutely no damage done inside or outside of our house. We felt the price was fair. The windows are energy efficient and I would recommend their services to others.

He measured and ordered windows (ready in 10 days). When ready, he called to set up installation day which we agreed on following week. He allowed 2 1/2 days for possible delays. He came promptly Monday morning as scheduled and finished Tuesday approx noon (1 day early). A large wall to wall drapery had came loose from the wall during the installation and he would not take payment on the whole project until the drapery was repaired (at Larry's expense). He had 2 additional people at start of the job, one of which experienced a death in the family and Larry and one other completed the job. Very efficient and very pleased with overall service. GREAT JOB!!!!!
