Description of Work: Provider was asked to repair a cable that became unsecured from its clamp. Provider quickly respected the clamp. But then proceeded to replace rollers that need not have been replaced and charged me for this unnecessary work! I feel cheated!

Description of Work: I expected to pay no more than 99.00 per door. What I was going to get for 99.00 was esentially nothing. After the discussion with the tech who told me a whole lot of other things I ended up spending 800.00. I am not easily had, but maybe this time I was. It sounded possible the things that he said were wrong so I got the entire job done. Then the work had to be completed in two installations. So he did one door initially, had to order a part, and someone else came back a couple of days later to do the other door. Now this is supposed to be a lifetime warranty. We will see. A positive both of the men who came to my home were very professional, courteous and on time.

Our records indicate that your initial service was performed on December 11, 2013. The technician put your door on track after you had tried to open it with the manual lock engaged. You then called us out 9 months later, September 30, 2014, due to an issue with your motor. You were charged for the visit, as it was unrelated to your prior service. We value your business, and hope to be a continued resource to you for all of your garage repair needs.
