Larry responded promptly; arrived on time to provide an estimate; performed the work on the following Saturday. He was most knowledgeable and helpful and did a very nice job. I would contact him again for any tile or grout-related project. I am very pleased.

Larry arrived at the appointed time, surveyed the scene and concluded that the work could be done on the spot. Then he proceeded to do the work and everyone was happy. We learned from his business card that he was a member of Angie's List, so we are reporting on the job. Well done.

It went great. Larry was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the process in detail, and also pointed out various enhancements and styles which we didn't think of. He also provided good plumber and shower door referrals. His lead installer, Salvadore, certainly knows his craft and does excellent work. We couldn't be happier with the finished work!

Larry came and did the estimate and then brought tile color samples the next day. He wanted me to be "sure" that I was set on the color for the floor and said that he could continue to find other samples, until I was sure of the floor color. They started the work 4 days later, using a key I left for them. I felt comfortable and confident with this arrangement. They consulted me on every issue, let me make the decisions and provided options, that I liked. The shower is BEAUTIFUL. We have one more bathroom. Larry and Salvador will do it.

Everything went very well! My husband and I are very happy with the job that was done, and would definitely recommend The Grout Doctor (Larry, Salvador, and Salvador). We had to coordinate this job with a window installation in the same area. Larry knew we were going to call when the window went in, and when we did, he fit us into his schedule right away. He came out and layed down drop cloths to protect our hardwood floors and started the demolition. After that was done, he coordinated with a plumber (Mike Stevens) to come out and replace the tub and install the new fixtures. I really appreciated that Larry took care of those logistics! When the tub came out, we all discovered that a few of our floor joists were rotten. They repaired the floor joists immediately since we were becoming eager to get our one and only bathroom back. The rest of the project was finished in two days. The canvas colored glazed tile with a decorative border of slate looks great!

Larry came on the day he told me he would do the work & finished the job like he said he would. He did a wonderful job with my shower & bathroom floor. He did the job promptly & left the job site clean. I was very pleased with the finished job. Will use him again.

Mr. Bushner came on 4-13-07 to give me an estimate. He arrived when he said he would, he examined the shower, explained what he thought should be done. This included cleaning the grout and replacing it where needed. He also felt the door needed to be removed and rehung. He quoted me a price very close to the actual cost. We arranged for him to come the following Friday to do the work. He arrived when he said he would (about 10 am), went right to work and finished the job by 3pm that day.

Great, Larry was very prompt and communicated extremely well about different ways to solve the issues. He and Salvador went beyond their scope of work to help keep the work going. I felt comfortable leaving a key for them to access the house while I was gone. Very happy with the outcome.

I contacted Larry and he agreed to come even though I was not in hi service area (I was close enough). He gave me an estimate before starting and completed the work in a professional manner. I would certainly use him again.

Great. Larry was VERY easy to contact and to work with (even tho I was short on floor tile and the job had to go on hiatus until I could get an additional box - MY fault). He was punctual and courteous. He estimated it would take 3 days, it took 2. He did a little extra plumbing work when reinstalling the sink at no extra charge. Salvatore did the actual tile installation and his work was beautiful. He too was pleasant, well groomed, and worked hard.

Larry responded quickly to my call, gave me a thorough quote, and worked with me so he could do the work when it was best for me.

Perfect, left everything clean, even gave a small discount the 2nd time around.

The work was done professionally. They were here on time and cleaned up afterwards.

Mr. Bushner offered us a discount if we would post a positive report for his company on Angie's List. I felt that this was an unethical request and did not feel comfortable doing business with him. I reviewed his bid anyway and his price was high.

Larry was very easy to communicate with. He gave suggestions for things I would not have thought of (like raising the faucet handles). He would give an opinion when asked, but always reminded me that it was my house and he would do whatever I wanted. He had a book of photos from prior jobs, with names and phone numbers for referrals. I called one of these numbers and she gave a glowing review. Larry and Salvador arrived on time. Salvador does the actual tile installation. He does excellent quality work, is friendly and professional. He didn't mind updating me on his progress when I peeked in. He verified the location of the trim tile, shelves and towel bar before final installation. He has excellent attention to details. The tiles around the plumbing fixtures are cut very closely. They put down tarps in the walkways, and did a thorough cleanup before they left. I would not hesitate to recommend Larry and Salvador for your bath or shower tile project.

Larry was easy to work with. He explained every step during the process. He worked with us on the details to get in our price range. His tile man, Salvatore, was very good in explaining what he was doing, answered many questions, and took pride in his work.

Mr. Bushner was prompt and courteous when he came to do the estimate and on one of the following visits. He was late for the second visit but did call to explain why. He was very personable and was concerned about my satisfaction with his work. He called after completion to make sure it was satisfactory. The work he did was well done. His price seemed high but I actually did not get other bids so cannot say for sure.

Larry is highly professional, and I would highly recommend his service. I called him on a Friday, and he came out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Very professional and nice guy who stands behind his work. I would consider the workmanship to be of very good quality. His pricing is fair, and I would definitely hire him again for another job.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THE WORK WAS REALLY GOOD AND EVEN WORKED WITH US FINANCIALLY.

WE CHOSE HIM BECAUSE OTHER BIDS STATED WE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE TILE IN ALL OF SHOWER AND BATH, BUT GROUT DOCTOR SAID THEY COULD SAVE EXISTING TILE FOR RE-USE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, COMPLETED THE WORK AS SCHEDULED. NICE WORK, DID LEAVE A BIT OF A MESS, BUT NOT TOO BAD.
