Description of Work: This was a job that was being handled by a bank for a wheelchair client. Javier came into a job where a lot of work had been performed in the bathroom to make the house wheel chair accessible and the remodeler for the master bath left a lot of things in shambles. Javier and his crew came in and did such a beautiful job that the bank handler was amazed upon completion. They painted the entire interior and exterior of the home. He did beautiful textured walls in the family room/kitchen/breakfast. Painted and antiqued the kitchen cabinets. The place does not look the same. It's gorgeous! Would use again.

Description of Work: I had a great experience. Javier show up on time to give me an estimate and I called him back an confirmed that I wanted the painting done. He did an fantastic job and honored all aspects of out agreement which included texture being added to the wall and repairing the ceiling where a really bad leak had occurred. I brought in some new toilet seats to put on the toilets and one of his workers volunteered to put them on for me. I have used him to paint exteriors in the past and he did a phenominal job, so well that neighbors from the neighborhood requested his services.

Description of Work: The project was to paint the kitchen and a bathroom after removing the wall paper. They went over the walls four times. Applied "mud" in places where the surface was damaged during wall paper removal or due to other blemishes and rubbed down to a smooth finish. One area needed to be treated three times to build up the uneven surface. Then they applied a sealer and then sprayed on the texture. They then applied a primer of the same color blend as the selected paint and finally applied the final coat of paint. When the tape and plastic was removed, everything was superb. I closely inspected their workmanship and it was meticulous. I could not find a single spot out of line.

Description of Work: Did preparation work, texture, painting and a special sealing process on a very large basement with moisture issues. This small business owner/foreman is very talented and creative in dealing with difficult jobs. He made sure all surfaces were very clean and dry before applying some concrete sealant followed by a moisture resistant texture with paint blend. Next, he carefully applied another sealer. The outcome looks great. This old basement has never looked better. This company has done several interior paint jobs for me with different textures styles. They do quality work and go out of their way to make sure I pleased. Their English is a little hard to understand sometimes but somehow they manage.
