Went well our designer Steve helped us put together a great design that works for our family. the Waypoint cabinets look great and seam to be built well. The installer Wilson was on time and worked around out schedule when needed. the left the house clean when he left each day.

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job. Cabinets were high quality and professionally installed.

Sales rep was wonderful, always quick to answer my questions and make changes (at my request) even after the contract was signed. We made the decision for Brennan just after closing on the house, before we returned to our previous home out of state for 3 months, knowing one of us would return when windows were ready for installation. When the expected time passed for us to hear from installers about setting up time to install, I called sales rep, who said what she could see on her computer showed they had been delivered to Brennan a week or two previous, but she would look into it further to find out the specifics. (I had waited to make plane reservations.) Within a couple of hours, I heard from the installer who would be lead on our job, and made very specific dates and times, with the understanding I was flying in specifically for this reason. The day installation was to start, I waited 30 minutes after he had said he'd arrive before trying to call his number, getting only voice mail. Left message, but then tried my sales rep, and left voice mail for her. Then called main number and told receptionist my concern (this was Monday of a two-day job, and I was leaving Thursday morning.) She promised to contact him and call me right back. But i never heard from her or him. When sales rep finished a call she was on, she called me and then things started moving. I don't know what ever happened with the initial installer, but I was called by a project leader who promised he and two others would arrive next morning, were aware of my time constraint, and would be finished before I left. That did happen, though it meant they stayed till sunset the second day to complete the job. The windows are great; the blinds rehung, the security system connected again before they left, and I'm very pleased, even though we had some tense moments that first day.

They were just very good. It took a day and half. They left it very clean when they were done.

Everyone I worked with at Brennan was courteous and professional. Devon did an excellent job walking me through the options and the sales process. He was not pushy when laying out the options. I chose upper end windows as I wanted a color which blended into my brickwork. I've seen too many replacement jobs where the windows looked wrong for the house. Mine look great and I couldn't be happier. John and his helper did a fantastic job with the install. I was amazed how fast and efficient it was. Clearly they'd done this job many times. I love my windows and I hope to use Brennan soon to finish the rest of the house.

Sadly, this did not go well. I had high hopes for this company. Great reviews. We have had issues finding someone to replace all our first floor windows on our front exposure. We have two windows that are not standard shape with a somewhat cathedral transom stacked over a rectangle window. With most companies after we send pics of these two windows they say sorry, no can do. Brennan agreed to tackle the problem. They were using Milgard windows. Sadly Milgard could not replicate the existing grid design within a single window construction and that would have meant white grids showing in our upper open transom area all within a wood-framed interior window - ugh. They also were not sure they could manufacture the current two-stack window that would leave the transom grid free. We suggested perhaps a restructure of the windows. Sorry - no can do within the current exterior design concept. Okay, if you can't, you can't - But here is our problem with Brennan. During this entire discourse between us and Brennan there was no communication of issues or reasons we had no info. Just "crickets" after a response of I'll get back to you - for days and days. I would have to email the rep and wait and wait and wait. Then finally would get a response of "sorry, I was waiting on...." We kept trying to work with them, but more and more we got the impression that they really did not want to do the job - and we would be fine with that response - but tell us - don't just leave us hanging - that is Bad Business. We started this process 9/13/16. The last communication took 8 days and came 10/26/16 and like others came after a specific request to please respond. Ultimately, Brennan initially agreed to tackle the project, but really could not or did not want to deliver. If you have regular windows and don't need to communicate with them, they may be a great company.

I like the service. The only problem I had was the head man of the job, foreman or whatever you want to call them, was very poor on returning phone calls. He is hard to get a hold of. But, the workers were good and they did a good job. As far as starting the job and finishing the job, they're pretty much on the timetable they gave you. They didn't keep me waiting on anything that I can remember.

Initially me experience with Brennen was wonderful. I chose to use them because I felt they were reputable and felt that they were not going to deceive me. I feel the price was reasonable as compared to others. Cindy came out in May and I loved her! She informed me that my install would take place mid to late June. That time rolled around and nothing, so I contacted Brennen to see what was going on. I was told that the manufacturer was taking a little longer than expected to get my doors to them in a fairly generic email back. I thought nothing of this as I completely understand these things happen. Another month went by and I again contacted them to see if there was any progress. I received the same email back which appeared to be almost copied and pasted from the one before it. I thought, "OK, surely this will be resolved soon." Another month goes by and again, same response. I call a couple times and finally, finally I'm informed that the manufacturer had lost my paperwork and that they had been very hard to work with. Now, I'm beginning to get irritated and I'm sure they were as well. I contact Cindy directly this time and she insures me that she'll get to the bottom of it. They are able to come install earlier this month (September) and I'm hopeful that they will make things right as I feel most businesses would by making some sort of compensation, even maybe $100 off, but what I find is that customer service seems to mean very little to them and they continue to place all blame on that manufacturer in stead of taking their share. I feel that it should not have taken as long as it did for them to realize that the manufacturer had lost my paperwork and they could have kept me better informed of the situation. I am not some one who normally leaves reviews but I feel others should know that simply being rated "A" on Angie's list may not give the full story. The job was done very well, however I prefer to use a company that appreciates my business. I will be installing new windows in my entire home next year and certainly will not be using Brennen for the job.

It was wonderful. Devon was the sales person and he was very professional. Their company was the only one that really offered windows and doors from more than one manufacturer. I had four companies come out for an estimate. Devon knows his business, listened to what I wanted, he came with sample windows and showed me, and then told me which one he thought I would like the best from listening to me. They were able to match the colors. Their price was not the least expensive but the quality was worth it. One of the springs that opens the windows in the storm door broke the second time I tried to open it and they were very responsive to fix it. All my windows and doors have a lifetime warranty which includes glass breakage. I have noticed about $20 to $30 per month difference in my utility bills and the house feels more comfortable.

The process was perfect from initial estimate with Devon explaining window options to the professional installers. Install crew completed windows in 2 days and were very considerate and took care not to mess up house or landscaping. Very pleased with installation and windows.

Installers were prompt, prepared and extremely efficient. I was expecting a messy process that really did not develop as the installers were amazingly clean as they progressed through the installation. Quality of work was exceptional and certainly worth the slight premium paid to use a reputable installer plus benefit of using a company that services the manufacturer warranty. Competing companies that offered NTWindows did not service warranty issues. Post install inspection revealed exceptional work. Consistent alignment, carefully caulked and fully functioning windows and door.

It is a pleasant experience. The crew (John and William) did a excellent job. They are very professional, very punctual, very thorough, keeping the work environment very clean. They completed the work during very hot weather condition within the scheduled time frame. We are pleased with the result, and glad we hired the right company to do the job.

We were very pleased with the salesman, Devon, who explained all of our options with no pressure. The window installers did an excellent job, working efficiently and cleaning up so well when they were finished that there was no sign that they had been there. To their dismay, one of the two sliding windows arrived from the manufacturer with cracks. They immediately ordered a replacement to be installed ASAP, and it was just put in today, after only about 2 weeks to have it re- made. The installer told me that they usually let the manufacturer put in the replacement windows if the damage was their fault, but because we were in a rush due to company arriving tomorrow, he made a point of picking it up today when it arrived and putting it in himself. We greatly appreciate that commitment to good customer service. The patio door was installed beautifully as well. The door installer rebuilt our entire threshold and the door fits perfectly. We also appreciated that Brennan didn't require any deposit or payment until the entire job was completed. We highly recommend this company and will use them to replace the rest of our windows in the coming year.

This is the most professional organization I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I initially contacted them almost 3 years ago. Scott Brennan came out and assessed the work that needed to be done. He showed me my window options, explaining each in detail and what I could expect over time with each option. At no point did I feel under a high pressure sales pitch. I felt that he was concerned about my understanding of the products available and supported me in whatever choice I made. Unfortunately, I had to contact him a few days later to let him know the cost was beyond what I could do at the time. He was still very kind and encouraged me to contact him if my financial situation changed. I contacted him in March. He remembered me as well as many details of his first visit. He came out an re-evaluated the job, making sure that I still wanted to go with my original plan. We got everything scheduled. He explained that because of the recent storms in our area, he would not have anyone available for six weeks to begin the work. At 5 and a half weeks, Chris Brennan called to let me know they were on schedule to begin my job. I asked if they were going to be able to install all the windows in one day as I was concerned about openings in the house. He assured me all windows would be installed in one day. They were scheduled to arrive at 9 but came at 10. He called to let me know the window manufacturer was short one window and they had waited to get it. He arrived with one other young man. They worked steady all day. I was so impressed, I think they barely took breaks. They completed the installation just before 5. Chris explained that they would return the next day to cap the windows and clean up any remaining debris. They had pretty much cleaned as they worked, so there was very little cleaning to do. They returned at 9 the next morning, capped all the windows, and cleaned up. Chris walked me through everything they had done, answered all of my questions, and gave me the warranty information. They will be returning in a few months to complete my last 14 windows. The quality of the work completed is amazing and the integrity of this company is beyond reproach. I have every confidence that the second part of the project will go as smoothly as the first.

Even though I did not use their services I would highly recommend them. Their service was very prompt and complete. They worked with me in doing what I needed. I changed specifications several times and they accommodated me completely. My contact was through Cindy, she was very good at helping me through this project. I would highly recommend them for any remodel project that you wanted done. Excellent company and great employees.

Brennan's team did an excellent job overall of replacing the siding on my rental property.

Shawn was our sales representative. He was timely, professional and informative. Bid was competitive with best price but was slightly higher (about 5%) than supplier used. Would get bid from them again for future projects as I can not say anything bad about the experience.

Went well for most everything, had a few issues which they promptly fixed. Pretty happy with everything, would recommend them. Price was decent, but could possibly have been a little lower. Overall a good experience.

Custom doors were delivered sooner than expected. Delivery and installation was prompt. In 38 years of being a homeowner, this is the best repair job we've ever had. Willie was superb. The work crew left no mess to clean up. Door replacement looks like the house was new. Will never use another doot or window replacement except BRENNAN.

This company is awesome! I wasn't really sure what type of window I wanted to replace 3 narrow windows in my dining room, the sale's representative suggested a picture window. Although I wasn't too sure I trusted his judgement and I just LOVE it. The gentleman that came out to install my window was so professional. The window was installed quickly and the job site cleaned up spotless. I would (and have) recommend this provider to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Overall the experience was positive. It was a bit slow but it was the peak of the summer season and the windows were (as with all customers) special order. They did not take any shortcuts and were professional at every step. I do wish the job would have been more completely finished as the interior trim was left with gaps due to the difference (old vs. new) in window depth. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality product and good installation. They are not going to be cheap, but when purchasing a durable good, cost should not be the only parameter.
