 + -1 moreInstallation was excellent and on time. The issue we had was that we didn't feel it was made clear that the windows would be tinted to the extent they were. We wanted clear glass or as close to that as possible. Poor communication was the cause we think.
Description of Work: Replaced all the old aluminum frame single pane windows as well as the two exterior double french doors, expanding one to three frames and expanding a small window to a 56X56 inch window.

 + -1 moreEverything went smoothly. The manufacturing process took a little longer than I would've liked, but our door was odd-sized, which accounted for the extra time. Plus, I was eager to get the old door out, so I don't really count the extra time against Brennan. The installation process went smoothly and quickly. The new door looks and, more importantly, works great. I no longer have to put my back in to opening/closing a sliding glass door! I'd use Brennan again, no problem!
Description of Work: Needed to replace a sliding glass door that was ancient, hard to open/close and generally just being a nuisance. I contacted Brenner based on Angie's List recommendation and other research. They came out to take measurements and provide us an estimate. We had an Angie's List discount coupon which they honored.

 + 0 moreThis is the second time I've used Brennan and they did an excellent job. They were punctual and went beyond what they were hired to do -- repairing a door sill, some window sills and filling some cracks I had in my wall. Overall great job and I would hire them again.

 + -1 moreThe representative from Brennan came to my house and I explained what I wanted. She took measurements, and suggested a type of door. Great, seemed a little expensive but they seemed like they knew what they were doing. The installer arrived on time and did a fine job of installation. Less than a year later, the doors started to rot and grow mold at the bottom of the door. Eventually, one of the doors swelled and started to disintegrate. I contacted Brennan, and was informed that the manufacturer would not warranty the door because of standing water. Totally not true in order to have standing water on the second floor of my home, the entire city would be flooded. Very disappointing that they will not make this right. They even tried to blame me for buying the wrong doors!!!

Did what they said they would, when they said they would, kept all promises and stayed on estimate to the penny. Very professional, paid attention to details, clean-up excellent. We love our new windows and patio door. They completed in one day, a long day for them. I can't think of a thing they could've done better, Looks and feels better than we imagined. Wow!

 + 0 moreThe team was great to work with both sales and the installers. The windows were installed 4 weeks after the order which is a lot faster than my experience working with other companies. The installation took 2 full days.
Description of Work: Installed 12 windows; 6 of which were very large and Installed 1 patio door. Aluminum windows, double pane in black Alumimum was more expensive than vinyl but I like the look a lot better and they seem more sturdy to me.

 + -1 moreWonderful experience! Tom, the designer that came out for the initial visit, was very knowledgeable on my neighborhood and houses from the 1960s. He made great suggestions and told me what he thought I should do with the windows. He narrowed down my options to just 2 types of windows after talking with me which I very much appreciated. Installation was fast, clean and very well done. The 2 men who handled installation were professional, friendly and took pride in their work. Brennan was slightly more expensive than other companies but the confidence I had in them and the quality of the product made it worth it. I can't wait to have them help with new siding.

 + -1 moreIt only took them one day They did a marvelous job. I highly recommend them very professional. They reduce the cost as both did not need to be completely redone so they reduce the price. The initial price was 3700.00. They are very professional cleaned up after themselves there was a small issue with stuff left in the back yard but they came right out and cleaned it. It was a really good experience.

 + -1 moreI contracted with Brennan to replace my old siding with new James Hardie board. The work looks great and the finished product is beautiful. My only complaint is that they sat the OSD board on the driveway while they were working. Had I known this, I would have moved my car out of the garage before the service began. As it was, I work from home, and was able to stay at home the whole week while the work was being completed.
Description of Work: I needed to have the old plywood siding on my house replaced. This was the original (over 30 years old) siding.

They did a good job of keeping the mess confined to the bathroom area and not letting it overflow to the rest of the house. We were very happy with the results as seen by the photos, It turned out perfectly! I will be calling them again for my next project!
