Description of Work: Removed old siding and replaced with Hardie-plank..Mr. Brennan was very responsive to all questions, and the team did a very good job with installation.

Description of Work: I contacted Brennan the first week of March to get an estimate for installing Hardie planking on our house in Lewisville. I visited their website to contact them for a date to come to our home and provide an estimate. I was contacted by phone and an appointment was set for Monday, March 18 at 4:30 PM. By 4:55 on the 18th, no one had shown up or called. I called and the rep on the phone stated though our name was in the system, there was no record of the appointment and we were "lost in the system." No reps were near our area at the time, so an offer was made to give some pricing over the phone or to schedule for another time. I declined, the rep apologized, and I informed them that we had two other contractors giving us estimates on the 19th and 20th. The person on the phone was pleasant and apologetic. However, I cannot spend thousands of dollars in home repairs wiith a company that cannot keep an appointment for an initial estimate. Based on that alone, I cannot recommend doing business with them.

Description of Work: It was great to see the same sales rep from 3 years ago - that says a lot about a company. We purchased 2 new windows and a solar screen and weatherstripping for a door. At first I though we needed a new door but when their team came to measure, he said that we really could just fix it by adjusting the hinges and putting new weatherstripping - that saved me over $200! Their install staff was efficient and detailed. It was a pleasure working with them.

Description of Work: Home was in need of a new front entry door, sidelights and transom. After a search of vendors and proposals, we decided on Brennan for the job. The contractor did not visit my home but instead took my measurements over the phone along with some emailed pics. When they sent a contractor out to do some final measurements, he measured wrong and as such Brennan decided they could not perform the job as described but wanted to leave out the Transom. When we informed our salesman that the measurements he had was wrong and the numbers we supplied was correct, he finally agreed to take a look at again. After agreeing that his measurements were wrong, her agreed to reinstate the original bid. He then called us in a few days indicating that he still could not do it and was withdrawing the proposal. After questioning, we brought out of him that the reason he could not do was the type of glass requested. We said ok ,lets just change the glass to something that would work. He again said he would get back to me. After about a week, he again decided he could not accommodate. We finally gave up. Bottom line, we wasted over a month going back and forth with these guys and still had no plan. We have since started all over and have a couple of contractors willing and able to take the job, they also gave us some unique ideas to fit the space we have. In retrospect, I do not think Brennan really wanted our job due to it being on the fringe of their coverage area. They should have just declined to start with. A couple of other annoying experiences here, all during the process, even though nothing was set and decided on, we kept on getting 'project update' calls stating that the door was ordered but has not come in. This was obvious since it was NOT ordered yet. It appeared one hand did not know what the other was up to. The company also did not honor their advertisement offering a 10% Angies List discount. I would not recommend working with this company unless you really like a frustrating experience.

Description of Work: They installed windows. They did a great job. My electric bill has been cut in half. The quality of their windows is great. They were really efficient and their people were very professional. They were in and out and cleaned up after themselves. I am happy with the windows. I did call around to compare prices and they must have had a pretty comparable price.

Description of Work: Replaced 17 windows and replaced a set of French doors with sliding glass.Names escape me, but the sales rep was very good, responsive, fairly clear about the products. Installers (2 guys) were really nice, accommodating, fast yet thorough, and cleaned up very well. Pricing was good too, we believe.Would definitely call them again, when needed.
