 + -1 moreThe individual who came out (Scott) came at the time scheduled to write up the quote. The quote was written up and given to me on my premises. No delays. I asked and was told the start would be delayed between 2 to 4 weeks. The start was delayed as I was originally told. I requested proof of insurance. It was promptly sent via fax the same day I received the quote. Finally, when asked if the price on the quote was the final price or merely an estimate, I was told that it would be the final price when the job was completed regardless of under or over-estimation. Overall, I'm satisfied with the level of professionalism displayed and would use them again if given the opportunity.
Description of Work: Took off the old siding on the chimney and replaced with cement fiber board siding. The new chimney siding was also painted. Added additional thickness to fascia trim around the edges of the shingles in preparation for new gutters. Tore down the old plastic gutters and replaced with new aluminum gutters along all sides of the house.

 + -1 moreThey are all single hung, double pane, with low-e argon filled. They installers were good and professional. They didn't clean the windows, so we had to clean them after they left. After we were cleaning the windows, we noticed there were little scratches and nicks here and there. However you can't notice it, unless your up close. They did all the work in two days.

 + -1 moreTheyre very professional and I was pleased with the amount of time he spent here making sure I agreed to everything he had put in the new contract for me. I have all the faith in the world in Cindy (who was very knowledgeable) the sales rep, and Kerry Brennan.
Description of Work: I have been working with the sales rep for two and a half months on getting replacement storm windows installed and I was getting frustrated. The president of the company wrote the contract as I wanted, explained things about the windows. I signed with them today. The first rep was wonderful, we just werent connecting right.

 + -1 moreThe sales rep Cindy Brennan gave us an estimate. Her sales spiel was somewhat overwhelming and continuous. I soon realized that if you listened to her long enough she would quote you a price and then discount it all without asking. The important thing is to do your home work and have comparative prices in hand. Once we finished playing this game, the actual dealings with the company was a pleasure. Brennan's people are straight forward, honest and deliver on the contracted work. One of my windows opened from the wrong direction. They immediately offered to take it out and get a new one, which I declined. So they readily discounted a couple of hundred dollars. The screens arrived of the wrong color. They took them all back and had them redone with no hassle at all. The bottom line was that the job was of good quality, finished as promised, and no hassles.
Description of Work: Replaced the aluminum framed single pane windows with vinyl frame double pane insulated windows all around the house. Their technician was superb and very meticulous. He called and came on the dot the next two days. Worked continuously. He took great care in taking the old glass out one by one without breaking any. That took him longer than it would have otherwise but saved making a mess with broken pieces in the shrubs and the lawn. Built up the wooden trim where needed and did an meticulous job of sealing both inside and outside. He took his time and did a very neat job. It was a pleasure to watch a skilled technician at work for once.

 + 0 moreFrom the time I called the company for an estimate until the windows were in everyone did what they said they would do, and when they said they would do it. They worked with me to set up my install for the day I could be off work to be here. From Cindy (who gave estimate) to Howard and his assistant who installed, everyone at this business has been courteous, provided excellent service, and a great finished product. Compared with my friends who have had windows installed by others my price for what I had was great. Windows were LowE 2/Argon double panes. The installers were great and indulged my grandson (3 years old) who was here and wanted to give them a sticker because they did a good job. They accepted the sticker and gave him a ''a high five''. He was thrilled. I plan to have them back; I still have another 6 foot patio door, another wall of windows, and one more arch to go. I can hardly wait to get them done and have no hesitation in using Brennan Enterprises again.
Description of Work: They replaced six windows, one large patio door(6x6 and 8 inches). Of the windows replaced three were arched windows, one was four panes inside a decorative rough cedar window. When I signed the contract, a couple days later as I wanted to think about it, I was told it would take about four to five weeks for the windows to be cut, secondary to the arched ones. As soon as they were here on that time frame, they called and we set up an install date. The company showed up at the time promised, worked continuously, cleaned up all areas extremely well, and took care inside my house to protect furniture and clean up. All questions were answered politely and completely. All windows and door look great and workmanship was excellent.

The two man crew did the job in one day, including cleaning up and taking the old windows away. They were very nice guys, professional also, and left everything very clean. The windows made a huge improvement in the looks of our house and are so much more energy efficient than the old ones. Everyone involved was punctual and easy to get on the phone if I called. I would certainly use them again.

 + -1 moreProfessionals in every respect. Reported to work the very minute promised, extremely courteous, conscientious, very receptive to my suggestions, and sensitive to my concerns. Their workmanship is perfection and the installation job is flawless. Their clean-up each day was immaculate and they don't accept payment until the job is completed to your 100% satisfaction. Would re-hire them in a second. Donnie & Kenny are the best. Sean Behl is the company representative and a gem to work with. The windows are gorgeous.
Description of Work: Replaced all original (14) windows in our home with double-paned, single-hung glass. Four of them were large, picture-frame windows, 2 fairly small laundry room size, 2 from floor to ceiling, and 6 that were medium sized.

THEY DID CLEAN UP AFTER THEY FINISHED THEIR WORK (THEY ALSO DISPOSED OF ALL THE OLD WINDOWS), THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT. ONE OF THE WINDOWS HAD TO BE REPLACED (THE FRAME WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED) AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL IT WAS REPLACED, AND WE WERE HAPPY WITH IT. THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE WHEN IT CAME TO PAYMENTS AND HELPED US OUT A LOT, BY AGREEING TO PARTIAL PAYMENTS.
