He was professional, gave us a quote, and emailed us several times. He even came back and reduced the price, but we couldn't do the work at that time. I would probably go back to him if we do the siding.

Jim Weaver arrived promptly for an estimate and helped us find siding matching in color and style to the existing wood. An approximate installation date was set to fit our schedule. As I returned late afternoon from a day-long flight I found message on cell phone that work crew would arrive next day. That was a bit short notice. In the end we managed to contact the caller and confirm. Work was done in one day which was quicker than expected. After the crew had left we found a small section where siding wasn't properly attached. We called and the crew returned immediately to fix the problem. We are content with the good, solid work. I can see that the crew was eager to finish the job, but if they had worked a little bit slower they might have managed to match the "boards" more precisely at the corners.

I contacted them via email and received a response the next day informing me of a discount for having done so and tell me that I would be contacted regarding a visit by their sales guy. We made an appointment and I received both a confirmation and a follow up the day before to be sure it was still OK. On the day in question, I received a call from Scott Brennan who told me that he had finished a call earlier than expected and asking if he could come to see me early. Scott was very personable and explained their process to me as well as taking the necessary measurements to support his estimate for our job. In short order he had the numbers for me and provided three possible solutions to our needs. He explained the difference in the various brands of windows that they carry so that I could make a better informed selection. We decided on the middle priced offering and sent them the order via FAX. I received confirmation almost immediately. I was contacted within a few days by the person who would do the actual installation to make a date for their taking detailed measurements. The Brennan process is for the crew that will do the job to do this part, too. It gives them a chance to see what they will be working with and to get a "heads up" on any potential problems. After the measurements were taken the actual order was placed for the windows. It takes 3 weeks or so to get them built and we received a progress report when they were enroute to Brennan's facility. The same day we received a call from the installers to discuss a date for the work. We reached an agreement and a schedule was made. We had expected that it would take two days to do the actual work, but the team decided that they could do it in one and did. They started early and worked steadily, carefully and neatly to complete the job. They were very careful inside the house, suggesting that we move some furniture a Lotte further from the action for safety sake. They took great pains to do a very professional job. They cleaned up after themselves as they went and hauled away all the mess and the old windows and glass for recycling. We couldn't be happier with Brennan and the job they did. I would, and have, recommend them to anyone who wants to upgrade their windows to these newer more efficient windows that are currently available.

It was fantastic! I have had bad experiences in the past working on this house. I interviewed multiple different contractors for this job and from the get go they were very professional and very clear. The installation was painless. They worked with us on different types of windows. The work was done quickly and the clean up was great. A beautiful install! All the interviews were worth it because I found them!

Everything was wonderful. They did not put grids in my sliding glass door although, I was charged for them, but I have not talked to them about it yet. When the installer was ready, he did not give me advance notice--I work 20 miles away, and at least three times he called after arriving at my property when I was not there. Other than that, however, I was extremely happy with their service. They did an excellent job on working with me on the financing, and I would definitely use them again.

It was great. They did a wonderful job. We had the work arranged through a contractor so we did not compare prices ourselves, but they seemed reasonable. They left everything clean and were on time, even finishing earlier than we expected. We were happy with their work.

The workmen were very professional and asked questions on how we wanted things done to insure the job would be done to our satisfaction. They kept us informed on their daily work schedule at our location.

These men were very professional. They did the work in much less time than was estimated and everything is perfect. It's a little disconcerting to walk by my front door. It looks as if there is nothing there. Obviously, they cleaned up very well.

They were very fast, they did what they said they would do, and the quote they made was correct. They even bricked up a window for me so it shortened one of my long windows. They really did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

They sent a salesman with demonstration materials. He was informative and knew his products. I had done some research and the costs and materials were in-line with what I had found. The installation took only six hours. The clean up was good, but not great.

They did a great job and I thought the price was reasonable. The work took a little longer than we thought because they don't usually do small jobs but they made an exception for us. They will do them from time to time. We also had a little rain which delayed the work a little. They finished up today and did a great job. They were quick and cleaned up nicely after themselves and the price was great. I would highly recommend them.

I had to constantly look over their shoulder. The worker was excellent who did beautifully inventive work. However his dispatcher kept sending him to other jobs so it took quite a while to get my windows finished. I ended up working with the owner who was nice and easy to work with. The work turned out excellent. I respect their overall professionalism, it just seems they had a break down in the chain of command. The service person, Greg Palmer was polite, cleaned up well after himself, and was a true craftsman. He was very pleasant to work with.

They did what they said they where going to do. They were in and out in two days.

Spoke to a few very nice people at this company, all were very helpful and placed the my order with the owner of the company. Great communications and I am very happy with the window I ordered and received. Would recommend to anyone.

Went pretty well. Scott came out on Sept 20, 2007 to give me an estimate. He was courteous and professional. The price he quoted me was right, so I decided right then to have them come out and do the work. He told me it'd be a few weeks before anyone could come out. It ended up being a little longer, but that doesn't have any bearing on this report (I was in no hurry). When they were ready to come out, I ended up having to push them out a few days anyway. Once the workers (the head worker's name was David) got here, they removed the old siding and trim in short order. They then proceeded to install the new siding and the new back door I provided. They got all the new siding and door installed within on working day. The painters came out the next day to seal and paint the new siding and trim. There was a miscommunication and they didn't realize the chimney needed painting. They came out the next day to do that. All looks great now!

Generally I was pleased with the work. The windows are vinyl, but they sag along the mid-section where the window locks are. The "lights" (strips that give the appearance of a divided window) on the top and bottom halves sometimes lined up, sometimes were off just a little and the workmen were unable to fix that. The workmen were very intense on the job and responsive to issues that came up. Clean up could have been better. One thing that concerns me, but I don't know how to install windows, is that they never did use shims -- they just drilled the window frame into the jamb and squared it up. Also, no insulation was added between the window frame and the house.

I suggested I give him a proposal in writing. He said to email it to his brother. His brother replied, We will send a contract with your specs as the specification addendum ASAP . I thought we had an agreement, but Scott called and said they could not use Gorell for less than $16K. Scott said to tell him how much I wanted to spend and that he would get me the best windows for the price. He often said that his Revere Renovator windows were a better version of the Sovereign line and of a higher quality than the AMI windows in the lower estimate. I emailed a new proposal to do the 3 game room windows for $2,400 which was the price given in the original estimate. Scott said that $2400 was the wholesale price and was based on doing all our windows. He said the price for that part alone was $3800. I emailed Revere that night and promptly received replies. Ellen Pedersen said their windows were made by AMI, and she did not know anything about a Renovator line of windows.

Tom gave us a thorough and professional estimate and even returned to our house a second time to answer additional questions and show us more windows. He was always very prompt returning phone calls and answered questions for us on many occasions. The work was done by Frank's crew in a very timely manner. They were careful to take their shoes off when working inside and tried to work around my convenience to be a minimum disruption to what I was doing. The crew cleaned up the yard every night before they left and I was amazed at how quickly the job was finished. We would use Brennan again.

Tom was very professional and came to the house to give us an estimate. He also returned phone calls and answered all our questions promptly. Frank's crew worked on the siding and did a good job. We had a problem with our phone service after the cable was covered by the siding and Frank did everything he could to help us get the issue resolved. We had a few small things like trim that we wanted his crew to adjust and they took care of it. They always cleaned up the yard every night. Overall they did a great job, my only negative comment would be that the job took longer to complete than anticipated. But, the siding looks great.We would hire Brennan again.

I would say overall they did a pretty good job. They replaced a lot of rotten wood and cleaned up after the job was complete.

Great company and installer. Windows look great and it took them only two days to do the job. Left a clean house and showed up when they said they were going to. We will use them in the future for door installation.

I looked around so I knew they had fair pricing. It took them approximately 8 weeks to get the windows but once they did, they came right out and did a good job at installing them.

We didn t have any problems with anything that was done. They were very neat and cleaned up everything when they were finished. We are going to use them again to do some other work for us.

Brennan is great! They removed and hauled off our old nasty vinyl siding and aluminum soffits. The installers were great craftsmen with meticulous attention to detail. The new vinyl siding looks wonderful and I'm sure it will be very durable because it is installed so well. The job took the amount of time they estimated at the beginning, the site was cleaned up at the end of each day, trim around faucets, outlets, etc, was very well done, any concerns or questions were immediately addressed. High quality job, our 50-year-old house looks refreshed! We like dealing with Brennan because they are a local family business.

I found them to be very hard working people and they showed a lot confidence in the work that they did for me. I was happy that they were diligent in their work ethics and that they wanted to make sure that I was happy with the job that was being done.
