Custom doors were delivered sooner than expected. Delivery and installation was prompt. In 38 years of being a homeowner, this is the best repair job we've ever had. Willie was superb. The work crew left no mess to clean up. Door replacement looks like the house was new. Will never use another doot or window replacement except BRENNAN.

This company is awesome! I wasn't really sure what type of window I wanted to replace 3 narrow windows in my dining room, the sale's representative suggested a picture window. Although I wasn't too sure I trusted his judgement and I just LOVE it. The gentleman that came out to install my window was so professional. The window was installed quickly and the job site cleaned up spotless. I would (and have) recommend this provider to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Overall the experience was positive. It was a bit slow but it was the peak of the summer season and the windows were (as with all customers) special order. They did not take any shortcuts and were professional at every step. I do wish the job would have been more completely finished as the interior trim was left with gaps due to the difference (old vs. new) in window depth. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality product and good installation. They are not going to be cheap, but when purchasing a durable good, cost should not be the only parameter.

It went well! The salesman was very upfront about all the costs and took the time to explain to me different options. I decided to only replace about 1/2 of my windows this time, and will replace the other 1/2 in the future -- I plan to use Brennan again with that job too. The one thing that they and I did not foresee is that the current window treatments (custom-made, wooden blinds) I have on 3 of my windows could not be re-installed after the new vinyl windows were replaced since the blinds were actually bolted/screwed onto the old wooden windows. No one has been able to figure out a way for me to re-use those custom-made wooden blinds and i'm now just using curtains.

It got to the point that we could not trust or believe anything we were being told.

The crew arrived on time the first day and changed out about 15 Windows. The second day they came a little earlier and changed out the remaining Windows. If there was any trash created during the process, the work crew cleaned it up before leaving each day. I can not say enough for the quality of the work completed and the workers that came to our house.

I needed estimates for windows, siding, and the front door. Randolph was very prepared with all the options and was very helpful in helping me decide which way to go to fit my needs. I chose to replace the old entryway door with a new one and decided on a Provia door both for its appearance and durability. Randolph again showed me several choices of trim and hardware that fits the style of the house perfectly. The delivery time was several weeks, but it was a custom door and the rep was upfront about the delay the whole time. The installer was professional, but there was confusion about who was going to finish the trim, me or him. Randolph cleared it up, but the installer didn't have the trim with him, so there was another delay to get the job completed. Now that it's installed, and finished I couldn't be happier with the installation. The door is a perfect fit and looks fabulous.

I am very happy with their work, but to me, the most important testament that I have on this company is that they bend over backwards to make sure I got what I wanted, and took care of any complaints or questions I had. They are truly a customer centered company. I could not be more impressed and grateful.

First contacted them in 2013 and negotiated pricing to replace all windows and doors. Because of the size of the job (approx 50 windows and 4 exterior doors for a total of $36,000), Brennan worked with me to do the job in 3 phases - they locked in the price which they honored however long it took me to complete all 3 phases. This will be the 4th home I have replaced with energy efficient Milgard windows so they came in right in the price range I was expecting. To date, we have completed 2 phases with the final phase to be completed in 2016. The salesperson Sean is great. I just email him when I'm ready to start the next phase and he gets it started hassle free. They use the same installers for my home who are very professional and definely know what they are doing. Would highly recommend them and they will take care of all my door and window needs

I selected 3 companies from Angie's list to bid on installing all new windows on our home. One company I had trouble contacting. Some guy (I would bet huge money he is the owner's son) finally called from his car. But he could not be bothered to make an appointment from his car. So why did he call? He wanted me to call his office AGAIN. I generally avoid any company that advertises they are a family company because too often some of the family members know they have a job for life regardless of what kind of job they do. Of course, that is not always the case. Two companies responded very promptly and came to the house to give me a bid. I was very impressed with both and it was a hard decision. The bids were very competitive. I decided Brennan had the product I preferred. The representative was excellent. Very knowledgeable and went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me select the color I wanted. I love that I was able to get windows that are white on the interior and dark on the exterior. We could not be more pleased. Love the new windows. Plus this is a great company to deal with. Prompt to answer any question. They emailed to always keep me informed of what was happening. They let me know when windows were being manufactured, who the head installer would be and his phone number, and when to expect a call from him, etc. We have owned rental property for many, many years. Any type of remodeling or home repair there is we have had done. Many times. We have been fortunate to usually have had skilled people who have done a good job or excellent job. We have also had experience with someone doing a bad job. The two men from Bennann Enterprises who did our installation were absolutely among the best craftsmen we have ever had do work. I am 100% convinced no one could have done a better job. They do beautiful work. Very professional and very pleasant young men. The work went quickly. They found a problem and were able to take care of it as well.Everything looks so great. I cannot praise them enough. This was a great experience. From the initial meeting with the company rep, to phone calls and emails with office staff, to the fantastic installation.

They came over promptly and gave a competitive bid. The work was done as soon as the custom 8 ft door was manufactured. The workmen took their time to do a neat and professional job with a lot of attention to detail. I will be using them again. Thanks to Kyle, Cheryl, and Willie for a job well done!

That works was done well and this is not aobut that work. On 4/13/15 I contacted Scott Brennan about replacing a storm door with a more energy efficient storm door on the front of our home and adding a storm/screen door to porch door of our home. I spoke with and sent him an email that date. He promised to look into the matter and get back to me. Today is July 15, 2015 and I have not heard a word form him by either phone or email. Brennan provided an estimate which we compared against 2 other companies. The Brennan estimate was the lowest cost. They answered our questions about: * how they reinforce the concrete with rebar, and extra support for the Pergola (, (12' x 32') * they can install 1 or 2 blocks for ceiling fans * how they would terminate the sprinklers in the area, * how they could move a rain gutter downspout for one, and pros / cons of moving the other one * how they could attach the Pergola to the house, and keep it easy to replace roofing shingles on the house, or have it freestanding. * options for building the Pergola on top of the concrete, or setting the Pergola first, and pouring the concrete afterwards * discussed stained concrete or flagstone or aggregate and prices for that * how they stain the lumber (Western Red Cedar) I had an architectural drawing on hand from a previous company for the backyard. Brennan wasn't really interested in that. They really wanted to see what we had in mind, and calculated the square feet themselves. They added curves we wanted, and it turned out great. Concrete job - area cleared and prepped took one day, and they poured the following morning. Pergola was installed 6 days later, and moving the downspout for the gutter was done the next day. From beginning to end, 8 calendar days, and good communication throughout. Only a few minor comments - the "power buggy" they used to transport the concrete from the truck at the curb to the backyard had a plywood path most of the way to the our site. Where there were gaps because they didn't have enough, the grass formed little potholes / ruts. I have 4 or 5 of those to even out. - the air compressor they brought to power the tools for the Pergola kept tripping the circuit breaker in the house. I had to reset that 3 different times - they originally said they could add some reinforcement for a future hot tub in the concrete, but later told me that it was not necessary, and that you could drive a car on it without impacting it. So I guess the extra reinforcement really wasn't necessary. If I were to do it again: * I would clearly mark the ground where you want the shape of the concrete. That just saves time rather than having to explain what you want. * I would clearly mark sprinkler heads in the area. It turns out, they had missed a few sprinkler heads when we double-checked and ran through the sprinkler stations again. To summarize, the concrete and the Pergola look great. The aggregate matches pretty closely to what we already had for the patio. No reservations about recommending them, or using them again.

Very happy with service. The installers even did small repairs on a concrete pad, over and above what we expected.

It went very well. The guys worked with me and my indoor cats not just blowing out all the windows at once but instead replacing one at a time. We love the new windows and have noticed a difference in our house with comfort. Love the way they look on the outside too. The only thing I could complain about with the dusty mess left behind. With a project this large (29 windows) it would have been nice to have a cleaning person come in and clean. I know it wouldn't have gotten all the dust but it would have been a nice start.

Excellent service all around! Very professional, the owner came out gave me the initial quote. He was very knowledgable and gave me a wide variety of choices so I could choose exactly what I wanted. I need one window replaced with a sliding glass door, which involved cutting the outside brick and framing. He gave me a quote on a high quality replacement that was half what 2 other vendors had quoted me. Scheduling with the office staff was easy. I had requested some additional decorative wood framing aound the window, it was added at a reasonable cost. I was most impressed with my installer David. He did the job within two days. The windows and their framing look perfect. There were absolutely no issues with what I thought would be a complicated job. Everything is cleaner than before he began. Super impressed with his skills and professionalism. I get many compliments on the new windows, they are so much clearer , better looking and well insulated. This job could not have been done any easier or better!

The folks at Brennan were great to work with. Devon, my salesperson was very knowledgeable and provided me with all my options and was patient while I asked questions and made my decision. Willy, my installer was fantastic. Quality install, neat work, polite, professional and very conscientious. The dude is seriously skilled. The limited interaction I had with their office personnel was efficient and professional. We had one problem with a window being delivered the wrong color. Brennan made sure it was painted and delivered in a timely manner. The paint on this window was scraped during the install. Brennan made sure to have a painter come out and fix it so I can't even tell anything ever happened. Very responsive, quality company. I highly recommend them and plan to use them for the rest of my windows next year.

I believe he just did not want to show up so I marked him off my list and went on.

Inital visit went well, polite and very knowledgeable. However I never received a follow-up email to my specific questions or any other calls / emails after asking if I had any questions. I believe in good customer serviec and this company failed to deliver as far as I am concerned. So, I went with another company.

They were great. The product (NT Traditional) is beautiful and my house looks good!!!! Devon did the sales thing and he was very informative. The installers were very professional, answered any questions I had and did a very thorough job. Would definitely recommend them.

The windows were fine, but the door was bad. They had exposed cedar wood around the door and it looked as though they had mismeasured the door. The door also drug on the inside floor and we couldn't have a rug by the door. When they came out at our request, the salesperson tried to tell us that it was the fault of the house. He said that it looked fine. The installer agreed that it could be fixed if they ordered new vinyl trim to cover the cedar and raised the door and put in a cement support. They also needed to stain the 3/4 inch of the inside wooden flooring, where the threshold exposed unfinished wood. In the end, we are satisfied with the windows and doors, but only because we insisted on the door being fixed. After 2 months we have a nice door, properly installed. We were not pleased with the initial response to our problem and were displeased with the salesman's lack of concern, but grateful for the installer for recognizing, admitting and fixing the error.

They are very reliable. I really enjoy working with them. They always do exactly what they say they are going to do.
