Description of Work: Derek and Debra cleaned and colored my ceramic tile and grout through out the house. The floors are 11 years old and they look brand new. They were extremely conscientious and courteous. I am having them do all the recaulking in my home because of their workmanship. They stayed within the estimated cost for the service. I highly recommend them!

+ -1 moreDerek was running a little late and he did call us to let us know that he was running late and when to expect him. He was a very nice person. Derek had quoted us over the phone the price of $350.00. When we showed Derek our bathroom, he said it was in a lot better shaped than we made it out to be and was actually very clean. He said the price would be a lot less, actually $200.00. Derek gave us some good advise as he was cleaning our tile. Such as make sure the tile work is sealed after you have new tile installed and be sure to have your tile cleaned upon moving into a previous owned home to get rid of other people's germs. He fixed the caulking in the kitchen between the counter and wall and at first wasn't going to charge us at all for it, but we insisted that we wanted to pay for it, so he charged $10.00. He is just an all-around great guy that does superb work. We will have him out again to do our master bath in the near future.
Description of Work: AAA Tile and Grout came in and re-grouted and re-caulked around the bathtub and ceramic tile in our guest bathroom. Derek also steam cleaned the tile to remove all soap scum and dirt. It wasn't on his list, but as a favor to us, he also re-caulked between the kitchen counter and wall in our kitchen.
