The owner, Dan, was responsive and helpful. He fixed my garage door while I was at work and allowed me to send him a check so I didn't have to leave the office which was very helpful. Best of all he fixed the problem! A different company charged me more and didn't fix the problem so I'm a fan of Ace Door Service.

ACE repaired my really old 2 garage doors. Both circuit boards needed to be replaced and the doors were missing some bolts. His estimate was spot on. I was so happy the whole doors and systems didnt need to be replaced. Very nice man to work with. I even had him come to my other house and repair a broken door. He was able to replace a " bushing", had the part in his truck, did it on the spot and was only around $ 100. I would highly recommend this company. Fair, honest and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Phoned them in the morning and they said they would be at the house at 2. Regretfully it was closer to 3 but the young man did call before he showed up. It only took 30 minutes to repair. The young man was very courteous.

I called on Tuesday and told him of my problem of my door not closing properly. He made an appointment to be at my house the next day before noon. He phoned the next day to tell me the time he would arive. He was on time and was very professional, He worked out the problems and made the repairs in minimum time . I would reccommend him to any of my friends, and I will use him again if problems arrise.

My garage door lost two wheels and had fallen off the tracts, and was in danger of falling on the ground. He was very prompt and courteous, and had it back working very quickly. I will definitely use him again.

My garage door was very squeaky. I called and Dan came out the next day to take a look at it. He was right on time. He looked at the door, knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within an hour.

The son of the owner came out. They were inexpensive. We own a small business, so we're always happy to use someone that's a business owner. He explained a lot of things. Everything got fixed perfectly.

I found ACE Door Service on Angieslist and called them. I called them on Wed and got an appointment for 2pm Thu (next day). Exactly at 2pm I got a call from the repair person (if I remember correctly it was Kevin) as no one was home (my wife had just gone to Wallgreens nearby (assuming no one shows up on time!). So I called the wife, found out when she was going to be back (5 min or so), and told him to wait which he did. Though I was not there for the repair, my wife was very impressed with the professionalism , knowledge and quick turnaround of the service call. He quickly repaired the whole system (he had to do some rewiring) and everything worked perfectly. I thought the cost was fair as he did a very good job and the door opener now works exactly as its supposed to. I would absolutely recommend them and I will use them from now on.

I called them on a Sunday evening and expected to reach only an answering machine and was surprised to have Dan answer the phone. The very next morning he had someone out to look over the job and give me an estimate. Excellent! Showed up on time and provided info on all that needed to be done AND finished that day! Very reasonable, fast, professional, polite and punctual!

The techinican came right out and he knew exactly what was wrong with the garage door. He fixed it in a prompt manner. I'm very satisfied with their services.

They were awesome; they came out and didn’t find anything wrong and didn’t charge me anything. They came out the same day that I called, made the adjustment, and I haven’t had any problems with it since. I recommend this company. The man that came out was pleasant and it was amazing that he didn’t charge me even though he took the time to come out.

Very well, my garage door was jammed and unusable and he was able to make it out that afternoon and get the repairs completed. It is working fine again.

Don came when he said he would. Did what we asked him to and more. Very positive experience.

A year ago I had a garage door opener installed; but after 10 days it only operated sporadically. At the time I didn't have an access door to my garage other than the garage door. I disengaged the opener and manually opened the door. I assumed that my garage needed rewiring. This spring another company put in an access door and called Ace Door Service to fix the opener. Ace left a card in my mail box requesting that I call after I had a grounded plug installed. I did; and that very day Ace sent a technician out. The technician pointed out that the installer of my existing opener had broken off the third prong. Oh, my goodness gracious, what a dunce! At any rate Ace replaced the genie opener with a Liftmaster. I am very pleased with the results. Ace knows what they are doing and do a good job.

Responded within 2 hours of phone call. Stayed until job was finished.

We were given an estimate for the cost of the service. The price was very reasonable and he was experienced with garage doors because he was able to fix it. We were really unsure what the problem was but he had it figured out in no time.
