Description of Work: Garage door would open with remote, but to close had to hold button down on wall in garage. Dan knew right off the bat what the problem was when we spoke on the phone. Initially he thought the sensors were out of line, but on working on it he determined it was the wiring. He rewired the sensors and shared info on oiling the rollers on the door. Dan is very professional, courteous, and I will definitely use him again and recommend him to folks.
