Arrived on time, no booties walking on carpet. Fixed pantry door handle and bath faucet but to adjust ceiling fan light took longer to mend then to install. Clipped all the wires and left the pieces scattered all over the room including pieces of electric black tape. I found the mess after Moe left. Plus no indication on phone about trip service charge of $49. I knew that basis charge of $95, fee for i hour wouod be charged but not plus a TRIP CHARGE. BEWARE!!!!!!!

I had estimated to myself how long it would take to do the tasks I requested done, installing a shower rod, moving some furniture, removing boxes and packing materials, and setting up the washer an dryer . He met my personal expectation exactly.

We had a exterior attic door replaced. Not the easiest thing to do. The work performed was excellent. Nelson is a master carpenter. We are very satisfied. Also, the owner (Moe) came by to check the job and we thought that was a good thing. We would call this service again.

The service man (Amos Cannal) arrived 3 hours passed the agree on appointment time. I was very displeased that he expected to be paid full price for his services. Since he was 3 hours late, he should have reduced the amount quoted for the project. Instead his response to me was I get paid by the hour. Good customer service would have been to reduced his price for inconveniencing the customer (me), by showing up late. I will not be requesting any future services from this company.
