Ross was the only pool service & repair provider that called us back in a timely fashion during the busy late spring season. They were on time to do the work, did it quickly and well and the price was very reasonable. We used them for a small job to replace tile in our pool.

I had a great experience with Ross Pools. I hired Ross Pools to sawcut my cantilever decking and add coping. They also retiled my pool. Their work was amazing. I have also switched my weekly pool service to them. Since I am first time pool owner, Eddie has been great in answering all my questions. I highly recommend them.

Horrible. They did not do what they were hired to do. My pool was never clean enough to swim in. When I hired them, I told them I did not have my own vacuum. They knew this up front. However, Ross claimed the reason why my pool was never clean becuase I needed to have swimming vac. His tech just was lazy and didnt spend enough effort cleaning my pool. I have started spending 20 min a week on my own and my pool looks 10 times better then when Ross was cleaning it. I would never hire these guys-very poor service and the pool looked the same after the came...you could never tell that they cleaned it.

We've owned our house with pool since 2001 and the pool has never looked better than when Ross Pools took over in fall of 2008. They are attentive, regular, reliable, and honest. They also don't take advantage of you like some of the other companies out there. I highly recommend them.

Project began on 5/11 and completed on 5/14. The resurface work is good and I am happy with the results. However, the pool water after 5 days turned bright lime green. He came back on 5/27 to complete the work and balance the chemicals.

fixed my pool light. When it wouldn't work, they replaced the faulty GFC switch on the outdoor plug and it worked. DId more than I expected. Very satisfied

Eddie was awesome! He was very personable and he did a great job fixing my pool equipment and turning the water from a swamp to the beautiful pool I remembered. He worked quickly, arrived on time and his prices couldn't be beat (I shopped around quite a bit). I intend to use him again for some coping repair work later in the spring. I'd absolutely recommend his service to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, highly capable pool repair company.
