Eddie came in on a rush call right before a freeze. My dog had chewed through the hoses and cables. Eddie improvised to leave the pool functioning so the thermostat would come on during the freeze while giving him time to order the parts from the vendor. He will be coming back next week to complete the job. Great experience, and value. Definitely would recomend him to others.

Very Professional and personable. They called back within 24 hours (a Sunday morning) to give quote which was less than two other quotes I received. Work was scheduled for Monday afternoon. They called to confirm Monday morning, showed up on time, completed the work that evening and everything is working fine.

Can you say TRUST? I had 5 different companies come out and give an estimate for my aging father's pool. All but Ross Pools said I needed to re-tile and the price went $6000-$7500. Eddie said, heck no, we can save that tile, and he did. He found some of the last remaining pieces available, and it looks fantastic. We knew we needed a new filter, but Eddie refused to agree to that before he could get a detailed inspection of it and in the end his pricing was still below everyone else's. Eddie worked hard to do the right thing for my father in order to save him money. Complete respect for him!

I paid 14,500.00 to have pool remodeled. has not been finished . they took my money but have not finished the job. I have called five times to see what is going on they said they would have it open the first of may as of 5/I5 am still waiting

I wrote earlier that I had some problems with Ross Pools. While that was true, Eddie came through in the end. I handed him today a personal letter of testimony stating that I now highly recommend him if anyone wants to re-finish their pool with this new Scorpion product. Eddie and Drew had a hard time with it a first since it was expermential but they prefected the procedure and my pool looks great now. I gave permission for Eddie to invite any potential new customers to come and see my pool now that it is finished. Seeing it in person would sell itself. Thank you Eddie and Drew for not giving up and stayiing with the job to finish it well.

Pool remodeling can be a nightmare but Eddie Ross and Ross Pools made our experience a completely pleasurable experience. Eddie takes a personal interest in the project. His crews are professional, pleasant, excellent craftsmen, and clean. He provided excellent materials and his suggestions for surfaces, tile, etc turned out perfect. The project was exactly what we wanted and somehow Eddie Ross knew how to make that happen. He is like one of the family now. I can't say enough nice about this man and his company. He is the go to person for pool repair, remodeling.

Eddy Ross is now part of our family. He made our pool resurfacing job a breeze. My husband interviewed people from 6 different pool companies; my husband is extremely thorough in asking the right questions to determine which is the best company to go with, and he picked Ross Pools. One important difference is that Eddy doesn't ask for money upfront. I can imagine giving people $1,500 before they do a bit of work - would they have even shown up to do the work? Eddy's working team did a beautiful job on the plastering and retiling - and boy were they fast. They also did a great job cleaning up after they were done.

He gave me a quote, I accepted it, he had the job completed the next day.

Ross Pools was great to work with during the project and we were very satisfied with the re-plastering and new filter system installed. However since completion, my husband and I have made several attemps to contact Ross Pools to request the Sales/Warranty paperwork as well as to report a leak near the replaced chloriinator. We unfortuntely have not received a response and would be very reluctant to recommend Ross Pools due to the lack of Customer Service received after the completion of the Project. We again were very happy with the Product but just expected a response to a what we considered a reasonable request.

First-rate service. Solved a complicated problem, easily and quickly and went the extra mile when needed. Would hire again.

Did a great job. Eddie came out and gave his pool school to help me understand my pool as this is the first pool I have ever owned.

Quick call from initiated request on Service Magic, then recommended Evolution Pool Service to replace some drain covers for my pool. Drew at Evolution was awesome, complete the job same day at a fantastic price.

I am very pleased with the finish product and would definately recommend this company for tile work on swimming pools or spa. He was prompt, arrived when scheduled, very courteous and professional. He gave me several options on how to do the repair and I felt he was honest and helped me find the best solution for the cheapest amount. I have an older in ground swimming pool and had tiles that were coming loose from the spa. He brought several sample tiles over and found one that would match the older pool tile very well which saved me the leg work of going to tile companies to locate tile. He cleaned up after and left no mess.

They remolded our outdated brick pool and spa to a gorgeous new title, and flagstone coping and added 3 waterfall with moss rock boulders and a diving rock! Thanks so much! You should see the before and after pictures!!!

Eddie came out initially to diagnose our pool heater, and afterward mentioned it would be in my best interest with the age and problem of the current heater, to go ahead and get a new heater. Brian, another Ross Pool guy, came out with a new heater and within a couple of hours the pool was up and running again. Brian and Colby took all the old useless equipment cleaned up, and away they went. Great company Great guys, the ultimate in service! Thanks again!!

The guy was paid and he promised to come back and clean the pool and help replace the pool light. Promises, promises and he has since been a "NO SHOW." And, my house is still in the market becuase he could not walk the talk.
