In 2014, Ross pools remodeled my pool. My review on Home Advisors was not a glowing review – it was a two star. This summer, 2016, we decided to have the tile fixed, light fixed and some other minor work done on the pool. I read through Ross Pool’s current references. This is the guy that we hired in 2014. I decided to reach out to Eddie Ross and see if we could come to a win / win agreement on repairs. We did come to a win / win agreement. We have been extremely pleased with Ross Pools. Eddie Ross has gone above and beyond to satisfy us and to repair the pool. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the responsiveness to our calls. He also followed up with us regularly. We would recommend Eddie Ross / Ross Pools for your pool repairs / remodel.

Very nice and very knowledgeable. Fixed the issue I was having and gave me detailed instructions on what else I needed to do to complete the project.

I had 4 bids on repairing all 7 valves on my swimming pool plus replacing some piping.. One company told me that they did not make the valves any more and quoted me a very high price to replace them. The other 3 compaies told me the internal parts on the vales could be replaced at a very low cost. Ross Pool Service quoted me a price substantially lower than the other two honest companies. Ross Pool Service repaired all the valves on my system and replaced the leaking piping. He did an excellent job. He and his helper made several helpful suggestions and repairs to improve the system. They eliminated several sections of piping that served no useful purpose. I intent to call them first in the future and I highly recommed them . Eddie Ross is one of the most honest and helpful repairmen I have ever worked with.

They did a great job! They showed up on time and we're very professional. Eddie was our lowest bid and I couldn't be happier with these guys. They cleaned up after themselves and our pool turned out absolutely beautiful! I would love to post pictures but I haven't figured out a way to do that on this site. I will be recommending Ross pools to all of my friends.

Eddie was great. They did an amazing job on our pool remodel. They went above and beyond. They we're professional and friendly. They also referred us to a honest Plummer when we had a separate issue. Not only did we get a pool man for life we gained a friend! We highly recommend these guys not only for remodeling but for every day needs.

Workers did not come to the front door and introduce themselves. They just walked into my back yard and started working, which I find unprofessional. The agreed price was $2600 but the final price was $2744. Flexible gas line used is too long and I will need to replace myself.

Great company. Called yesterday to have pool pump installed. They worked around my schedule and came out at 4 the very next day. It was only 106 degrees in the shade. Put the pump in in about 30 minutes, cleaned up and were gone. Price was very very fair. I would use them for any pool repairs I cannot handle or want to do myself.

We hired Ross Pools to help us repair our pool that had developed cracks. The price was right and the service was outstanding! They helped us repair deck issues and worked on our pool equipment issues they noticed while repairing the pool. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional! We loved the work they did so much that we are hiring them to build a pool in our new house. Thank you Ross pools for everything!

We started the project in May 2014. We hired Ross Pools for a total remodel of our pool - tiles, coping, plaster, decking. Never finished the project - decking was never complete and what was done is a mess. Two tiles have falling off and others are loose. It looks like a 3rd grader placed the tiles. Coping looks pretty good, accept for gap in deep end and there are opening that water can get into, which will freeze and crack. They did not chip out all of the old plaster and was told only the ���bad plaster��� needed to be removed ��� time will tell. It appears they did a nice job on the new plaster hence the 2 rating verses .5 star. Truly liked Mr. Ross - thought his company would do a wonderful job especially since he had such a nice rating on Home Advisors. No follow through, had to constantly call / text, at times wondered if he was coming back - it would be weeks before you heard from him. My husband in ICU in July so only added to the stress. His sales pitch was he was going to start and finish the project it - they didn't work on any other projects - it was all done by his crew - which were subcontractors based upon the company names on the trucks - took all summer to get water in the pool. I finally just accepted the work in order to get it done. The electrician - I realized Ross had problems ��� ���his normal guy could not come out���, however it took three electricians that he hired to finally get the electric working. One of his guys (not an electrician) ripped apart the outlet / pool light wiring - which also ran the lawn sprinklers. The Ross electrician that finished the job - to took parts that my husband bought - new piping / other stuff to completely redo the outlet and he also left a mess old parts and wires that had to be picked up. At least the third Ross electrician got the pool light, outlet and sprinkler system working after his third scheduled appointment. I also do not believe he realized that he took our parts since he had been there so many times. But still, it is unacceptable. Once we finally got water in the pool and we could swim was when I noticed how bad the tile job was and ask Mr. Ross to fix it. He gave me his subcontractor���s phone number and told me to take it up with him. Mr. Ross literally just stopped communicating. Decking is still not done and spots on it that are so rough you cannot walk on it without it hurting your feet and the cool decking was just splattered on. I am very disappointed with Mr. Ross. I would not recommend his company.

RUN AWAY!!! Where do I begin?? They removed the old plaster and algae from the pool and DUMPED IT ONTO MY LAWN. They refused to clean it up stating that the material was compost and they would only spread it out. Since when is plaster compost? Not to mention the hazardous chemicals!! I hired out the clean up and Eddie reimbursed me. I'll be picking plaster up from the yard forever. They did manage to KILL all the grass also. Eddie wanted to make amends by coming once a week to service the pool. He showed up twice, the last time 3 weeks ago.

DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. What do you call someone who makes promises and doesn't keep them? What do you call someone who takes your money and doesn't finish the job? That would be Eddie Ross. Took forever to complete work. Installed new filter and I still do not have any manuals or warranties, not to mention exposed wires. Cleaned pool out and left trash/garbage all over backyard. Has not returned multiple email or phone calls. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Never came back to finish the job

Inspection report is cursory without detailed description of the equipments inspected. However he gave a good sales talk on initial meeting that we decided to hire him to do the repair he recommended as well as provide maintenance service. After we moved and requested the repair to be done, he failed to communicate with us on a timely basis, put off the work for several weeks until we had to get another service company to do the job. It was then that we found out that most of the pool equipments were not working.

Not professional. Had to argue to with the guy to get him to match the grout color for the rest of the pool already was for the few coping stones that were re-grouted. Didn't use pool grout when setting the pool tiles. Pointed this out to him and didn't seem to phase him. Didn't use spacers for the tiles either and it shows. Just generally shoddy work. Didn't take pride in making it perfect.

Wonderful job and we are very satisfied!
