Mark is impossible to reach. One of the crews destroyed a drain cover, it has been over a month and he still hasn't replaced it. They left the gate open multiple times in a row after I reminded them.

Meticulous lawn care president and owner has been in business since 1981. As for clients with acreage he has 15 but has a total account base of 400 Clients. The owner has a business practice of going by and looking at his accounts monthly to ensure quality and to make any recommendations as needed. Meticulous lawn care service has many different pay options available to the consumer we elected to place a credit card on file. The crew that came out which was a three man crew due to the acreage involved will always be the same crew that returns. As a request from me the new client the owner on the first day of service brought out arrogation flag markers so the crew would know where the sprinkler heads were located. This was at no additional cost to me the client.

We signed up for the annual maintenance plan- weekly mow/edge, hedge trimming, weed spraying, fertilizer, with leaf clean up in the Fall. Had a good rate for the annual plan, spread out over 12 months.

They did a spring clean up and mowing for us. It was done when they said it would be done and they did a great job. We were quite pleased!

Would highly recommend. We had them put Christmas lights up. They were out in a day, or two to put them up, and then out within a week after the holidays to take them down. Excellent pricing and customer service,

They removal of leaves in general was good. But, they blew leaves into my patio and they accumulated under and behind my outdoor furniture. Also, I requested that they cut and remove dry vines from two potted grape vines. They did not remove them.

Mark helped me right before Christmas get a friend's yard mowed, edged, weed-eated, and cleaned up. He was honest and professional! Loved it!!

2 lights burned out within the first week. It happened over Christmas, but 1 light still has not been replaced.

Horrible experience with this company. The Christmas lights they installed wasn’t what I requested then Mark went ahead to tell blame me and tell me how perfect he has been in business since 1982 and never had any problems with his customers. He never gave me a quote slip before installing only to tell me after installation that we never discussed it. Let me also mention the lights are falling out. Service sucks. Wouldn’t recommend!
