Very nice people, from Tonya in the office to the guys who do the work. It took a bit more than 2 hours to do 21 vents with 4 returns. They inspected every bit of ductwork they could get to (crawlspace, attic, etc.). A couple places had a slight mess, mostly from the vent in the ceiling or wall dropping drywall dust, but they mostly kept it clean. They use an antimicrobial spray (very much safe for pets and children) that kills any mold you have in the system. The price might be a bit high, though it was cheaper than the company (not on Home Advisor) in town that everyone suggests. Overall it was a good experience, and I would recommend them for this or any of the other HVAC services they do.

The workers were courteous and respectful of my home. They reported a few repairs not pertaining to reason they were there. I greatly appreciated that

The gentlemen that came to my home were awesome! John and Randy showed up exactly when I was told they would. They were very professional and friendly. They were mindful of my home and very efficient in their work. The total job from the time they arrived til the time they left was just at 2 hours, and my home has 15 vents not including the return. John was especially good at answering any and all of my questions. I felt more knowledgeable about my heating and cooling system. The pricing was fair for the job done. I also had a pleasant experience with the receptionist, Tonya. She was very thorough in explaining to me the services that they offer and I also received a confirmation call the day before to remind me of our appointment. I can already tell the difference in the quality of the air that I am breathing. I will definitely be using them again for any of my future HVAC needs. Very pleased!

Very efficient, got in and got done in a good time frame. I requested they be careful with my new wood floors. They wore shoe covers 🤗. Also made good suggestions concerning my duct work and maintainence. I would highly recommmend this company.

This is Mrs. David B. and I can't say enough good things to describe our experience. This husband and wife team are very nice and professional and did a thorough job. We had a bad smell in our house and thought it might be coming from the duct work and they found a filter in our basement that had mold on it (it was nasty). We didn't even know it was there and the last ppl that cleaned our duct work didn't find it. It's been over a month now and no more smell, it is such a relief. We also had a dust problem and that has improved, I would say we have 75% less dust now!!! They also use a cleaner/disinfectant that goes in the duct work and gets rid of mold and other harmful substances, which smells very clean and fresh and is environmentally friendly. we are so thankful to have found them.

Great job. Just had ducts clean 2 years ago by another contractor. This time they showed us what they got out off our ducts. They did the job right, unbelievable what they got . Went out of their way to make sure it was done right. What a great experience .

Very professional, friendly, carefull with all furniture that had to be moved. Cleaned and washed all the ducts. House smells great not old, musty smell. Offered suggestions about caulking around heat vents. Would highly recommend them.

these folks did just a great job on the rental property, I hired them same week to do clean the air ducts on my primary residence. moving next month to new construction home and they will be hired them a third time for all the right (real customer service) reasons. need more companies like this in Nashville
