He was very nice and punctual at first. He completed some nice work for us the first day. Then, even against my wishes (because it was going to rain that day), he wanted to lay sod on a certain day. I wanted to wait a couple days for the rain to pass over. He said it would be fine. When it did start to rain he left the job site and did not call to tell me where he had gone. I had to call him and find out when he would be back and he did not offer us any solutions so we were stuck with several pallets of sod sitting in our front yard. The sod company was very nice and came out to finish the job for us. We did have to pay them quite a bit more than he was going to charge but they were professional and nice and did a great job! Paul then emailed us the next day to request we pay him for his time. After much argument, we did pay him because I did not want to cheat anybody and he did do some work, but left us with a headache and a mess! We do not recommend this contractor.
Description of Work: He planted trees, mulched, weeded, and put some sod down.
