Allen's Air Care, Inc., is a locally owned and operated business serving Rutherford County and surrounding counties since 1992. We service and repair all major brands of heating and air equipment. Each year we are voted one of Rutherford County's Favorite Heating and Air companies by the readers of the Daily News Journal in their reader's choice award, The Ruthies. "Mr. [Member Name Removed], Allen's Air Care has been striving to meet our customer's expectations and to deliver what we promise for 25 years however, it appears we have not met your expectations in this situation. To review, we originally emailed a quote to your wife on October 12th stating the price was $149 per unit for the year for a total of $298 to perform the fall and spring services, and there was no mention of an annual hot water heater service in the email. You called us on October 17th to schedule the service. We serviced both of your HVAC units and were going to service them again in the spring and we charged you $129 per unit for a total of $258, not the quoted $298 or the $400 that you reference. There was a miscommunication along the way about your hot water heater and we offered to add that service at our standard rate of $100. Since we do not have the same recollection about the hot water heater service and the associated charge, we are going to credit you for half of the Maintenance Agreement so you can retain another company for your hot water heater and your spring HVAC service.
