I am highly satisfied with the service and the professional manner with which the Technician approached the job. The only mild negative is that the time frame I was given was incorrect causing m ed to have to call sevreal times to check the status. Otherwise I would hire them n in a heart beat!

We had a difficulty start removing a ceiling light fixture and installing a new one. The electrician had problems installing the first fixture. He said that the wire was broken. Your company let him return the fan - he installed and all went well. He did not use a drop cloth until the second installation, after I requested him to use the cloth.

The office responded quickly to my request and sent someone out that day for an estimate. David was easy to work with and honest about the work that needed to be done. Work was scheduled one day after that. Organized, prompt and courteous.
