the electrician came on time, on a saturday. He was curteous, pleasant and clean. Wore shoe covers. Gave us an immediate quote, went to buy the materials and did the job. we were vwery happy

I was given a quote but after the electrician started the work he informed me that the quote that was given was for just the preliminary work. I had no clue what he was talking about. I asked for a quote to install under the counter lighting, ceiling fans, and updated center island work. After starting the project, the electrician said that the quote did not include putting the fans up, installing the under the counter lighting, or any of the electrial boxes for the new island. He than wanted to charge me another $1,000 to complete the work. I then asked him to leave my home, as I felt that I was being ripped off.

Initially a representative came the same day I asked for repair to my 2 attic fans. Jeff was very professional and efficient and explained the billing process. We were happy with the work until a couple of days later when one of the fans made noise resembling a helicopter hovering above the master bedroom. Jeff returned again the next day after I reported the problem and seems to have fixed the problem. We appreciate the effort to make things right.
