Very well. There was one day of grading and two days of pouring. They showed up early and worked until the job was done each day. It has been 2 months since the installation and the driveway is holding up well. The water runs off perfectly both sides. After planting grass and a little bit of grading it is an awesome drive up the hill to our house.

John and his team did a great job finishing a concrete floor in my basement. The new floor looks great and both inside and outside the house show no signs of any construction work being performed. I will use his company again on future projects.

Absolutely beautiful. I called John on Wednesday for a quote, he showed up on Thursday to do measurements of the property and on Friday morning I received his quote via email. I accepted the quote and Sunday morning they began work and Monday afternoon it was finished. Very happy, I plan to use him again in the spring for my next home project.

From the moment we were quoted for the job, to the moment it was completed, John and his crew were a blessing to work with. Their honest, professional, hard-working nature shine in all that they do. takes great pride in being part of every aspect of the job (despite being the owner) and you can see his team respond to that dedication with the same grit he puts into is work. We had a very challenging job of removing an entire driveway landing on a very steep slope, and then grading and replacing the concrete, which in parts was approx. 10 inches thick. It was like a coordinated (but loud) symphony of precision that was fun to watch progress. Any time there was a problem, John had a solution and kept moving forward with a plan. While the job wasn’t cheap, we took comfort in knowing we were being charged an honest price (unlike some other companies that bid for the work and were very deceitful). I will highly recommend John Alguire and his company to ANY and ALL who are looking for quality craftsmanship in this field.

I am impressed with Alguire Contruction. We had an issue with a stamped concrete patio puddling water. John and his crew cut out the low spot and re-poured it. I was impressed with their overall workmanship and follow through. I would hire them again. Jim

John Alguire responded quickly to my request for a quote. The price was reasonable so it was approved. The project was delayed a couple weeks due to all the rain in February but John was up-front about the delay. When the weather dried up a bit John called to schedule the work a couple days out. His crew showed up and got going on the morning promised. The work went smoothly. I asked John for an adjustment to the concrete forms at the porch stairs and it was taken care of no problem. The crewmen also scraped the sod from the area to be poured and placed it in a bare spot for me. They also asked me where to put the excess dirt. Overall they did a great job. I highly recommend Alguire Construction to everyone.

The new driveway and porch looks great. This was a great experience. They showed up when they said they would come. The cost was really fantastic compared to some other bids I got. On top of that, I was really impressed with the jobsite clean up. No rocks or concrete debris in the yard. Speaking of the yard, I expected it to get somewhat torn up. I was wrong. Other than the edges around the new concrete, the yard remained in great shape. Finally, John (the owner) was there every day, and was real pleasant to deal with.

The contractor declined to provide a quote when we requested.

John and company did an excellent job my project. We had a retaining wall and brick steps that needed repair and complete replacement of out driveway and sidewalk. Weather had not been our friend and had put John's scheduled start behind but he kept me updated on expected start time, Even when the work started more rain came in but they finished in great time. I would highly recommend Alguire for any concrete project you have.

John Alguire Construction did everything that was agreed on and more. John Alguire is basically John Alguire Construction along with his crew. He was there working every day, with all of the equipment and vehicles that were needed, overseeing his team and directly working with them. They were professional and stayed there until the job was complete. The driveway is a thing of beauty compared to the concrete puzzle that I had before. At present I am very pleased and hopeful that it will last for many years.

Services rendered as promised with no issues.

John and his crew demolished the two large sections of driveway and prepared the bed with compacted gravel and poured new concrete. He repaired the smaller cracks in other sections with a filler material. It is rare these days to have a service provider show up when they say they will and do a professional job. However, John and his crew exceeded my expectations. They were on the job and working exactly as promised. John was not just overseeing the work but rather he played an active part in carrying out the work. They were quick and thorough and the new driveway sections look great. He was not the lowest quote but as I talked to each of the contractors who provided quotes, John provided a plan and exhibited confidence and professionalism that made it worth paying the higher price. I would hire them again and will recommend them to anyone needing concrete work.

Things went well. It took them a reasonable amount of time to get to my project. John is not the typical business owner. He is also one of the workers and this crew is hard working.

extremely rude and disrespectful of my time. was a no show, I had to call to see where he was, he was in another county more than an hour away with no intention of calling to let me know he wouldn't be there. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!!!! Imagine, if it'd that difficult to get a quote or work, how difficult it probably is AFTER HE GETS YOUR MONEY!!!! WARNING, DO NOT USE!!!!!
