The whole process was great! The work looks amazing, and I was given instructions on how long it would take to "set up" (meaning the grout, and such), and the instructions on care after the fact. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend to anyone in need.

This was not a DIY project. Tom visited with us, gave us a written estimate and that proved to be accurate. No additional charges. We are very pleased with the work. Our shower looks brand new. We would hire him again and recommend him.

My tile floor looks like new! I had no idea that cleaning tile and sealing grout could make such a difference. The only hard part for me was choosing the grout sealing color but they offered excellent guidance. The men were prompt and respectful. The price quoted was the price I payed although they did an additional repair. Many thanks to Groutsmith of Nashville for a job well done!

It went very well. One person came first to give me a free estimate. Then we set a date when he would return with his partner to do the job. They were on time, friendly, but focused on the work, which they completed in a few hours' time. The bathrooms look so beautiful now!
