I watched as he checked everything and he was very good about explaining. He indicated that everything looked good but because of the age of the system it was wise to check annually on both the cooling and heating systems.

When my HVAC unit went out, I called Synergy because I'd had a previous experience with them through the local Lowe's Home Improvement store. I wanted a replacement for a HVAC system that had given out. Chris agreed to give me a quote over the phone because I knew the details of the current system and there were no unusual issues with the replacement (site conditions, it was a package and not split unit, etc.). This saved me additional time off from work that I couldn't afford to take. They were by far the lowest bid on a quality (Trane) unit that I had received. I made the purchase through Synergy's arrangement with Lowe's and got a great deal with easy terms. Chris made an appointment for 8am Tuesday morning and at 8:03am they were sitting in my driveway, ready to go. They performed the swap out and were finished by 1pm. They left the site clean and looking great. I couldn't be happier with the experience and will definitely use them again. Which will hopefully only be for routine service visits for the future.

They were great! After calling around to different companies to get bids, they were the only one that came out the same day, did the work within a week and every time I asked a question they were quick to answer. Never once did I feel pressured to buy or do something I didn't want to do. In fact, I had an idea in my head about what kind of hot water heater I wanted installed and they gave me the pros and cons of each type, actually talking me into saving money! They are very honest, upfront and most of all they are well mannered and knowledgable.
