They arrived on time and actually charged less than the quote that I received over the phone. They removed spots that I wondered if they would ever come out. They were polite and neat. They left a bottle of spot remover at no extra charge.

We've used SS three times. They are prompt and generally courteous. On this visit, however, I felt the job was kind of rushed. When it came time to pay, they tried to give me a higher price than my estimate. Once we got that cleared up, one of the guys basically asked me for a tip. Not a great impression. I will try elsewhere next time. In the past we have been much happier with the work, so we may go back to them. But I'll probably try another company first.
